Engaged and was welcomed with some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced.
We had just come from getting engaged on the beach earlier that day and the team at the front desk was quick to accommodate us with amazing hospitality. Made myself and my fiancée feel very special. For dinner our waitress Michelle was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She added to our magical evening with some of the best service and conversation. You can’t beat the Sandpearl and if you are thinking about a romantic getaway there’s no other place in Clearwater that can live up to the atmosphere at Sandpearl.

Best Beach Getaway
This is our second visit to Sandpearl and it remains our absolute favorite domestic beach destination. The resort is stunning, beachfront and close to shops and dining. The staff is friendly and accommodating at every turn. We are already planning our third visit for later this year.

Should not, in my opinion, be rated 4 stars
Almost anything that one wanted had an extra charge Very slow service at restaurants...lunch took 2 hours plus Attended a wedding where no one was notified of events sites or times until last minute and the event rooms were being readied when we arrived.

Rude customer service
The hotel is nice but Cyn at the market spot to get sodas was very rude. We walked up to get a drink. For a minute she walked around randomly like we were not even there. All I had on the counter was a Diet Coke and she slapped a we will return shortly sign down in front of me and said I’ll be right back instead of taking the 30 seconds it would have taken to check me out then run her errand. We waited over 10 minutes and when she returned just more attitude and no apology…
