Everything we needed in this top notch resort!
Everything about this resort is top notch. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Location couldn’t have been better - close to shops, restaurants and excursions. The private beach with chairs, umbrellas and cabanas was so nice. The pool was clean and comfortable. Spa was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! We would love to come back again soon!

Overpriced in every aspect with past glory long gone
By the price for the rooms and services it should top notch resort. But the past glory (built in 2007 with around 240 rooms) and delux touch are long time gone once you read your final bill for a week stay compare to the reality what and how was it provided. It could be a poor housekeeping job from non English speaking staff, or deep in the night extremely loud music by the 3rd floor wedding party keeping families and seniors on floors above awake, lock of pool space /chairs for the guests lying next to each other like sardines, beach chair and umbrella booking or lock of it, overpriced services and restaurant, tipping attitude imbedded in the whole system and staff from coffee shop, beach chair rental, pool chair towel placement, restaurant, pool and beach meals and drinks, and overall outdated corridors, access gates, high traffic area floors etc. The highlight are the beach and ocean for some and pool for family with kids and cordial nice and responsive staff throughout. So check your options down the street before your sign for.

Wonderful resort!!
Fantastic resort! Great atmosphere, clean and beautiful! Joann in housekeeping was exceptional and Jose the concierge was very helpful and so kind! The entire staff was amazing! Restaurants were excellent and the spa was great. We can't wait to return.

Beautiful hotel
Staying at the Sandpearl was a very enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere & very clean, inside & out. The staff is top shelf & very professional. My only complaint is the cost of their valet service, it’s more than just a little high! I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Clearwater.

Great resort
Everything was fantastic with the exception of our sliding glass door opened and closed very hard. I am 6 feet tall 235 pounds and it took everything I had to open and close it.
