This place is unbelievable from the beauty to the service. I was told (I think this number is right) there are 2.5 employees per customer staying in this hotel. They seem to provide a service before you can ask for it. The buildings and grounds are pristine. Our visit was perfect!

this is one of the great hotel properties of the world. set in the front-range of the rockies - this is a lovely place to stay. property is kept immaculate. they simply do not make them like this anymore. staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and well trained. large room and bathroom with plenty of space to work or relax. a number of on property restaurants give you quite a choice if you decide to eat on property. this is a very good place for work or relaxation. excellent spa and a donald ross golf course. highly recommend

When we recently visited Colorado Springs, our daughter and her family took my husband and I to the Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Broadmoor Hotel. It was truly SPECTACULAR! Just walking inside the hotel itself, is a lovely experience, with all its' warmth and charm. Then we stepped inside the dining area and found ourselves in a bevy of rooms with beautiful settings, fine furniture and endless tables of mouth-watering, delectable food choices! We "ooohhed and aaahhed" at everything we saw! There were beautiful ice sculptures everywhere and so much to look at, we could scarcely take it all in! We were seated at our table (reservations required) and I immediately admired the gold silverware and all the matching accessories! We got up right away and began walking around to make our food selections! Goodness, there was so much to choose from. It was 10:45 in the morning and there I was choosing large shrimp, prime rib, crab claws! I was in heaven! I decided I would splurge and so I chose a creme brûlée, also! Nothing like starting out with dessert on my first round! Everyone in our party came back to the table with a myriad of choices. It was fun seeing what each adult and each child chose to start with. It also gave us ideas of what to go back for in round two! Our group's choices ranged from bread and pastries, to fresh fruit plates, to cheese and crackers, to pancakes, sausage, bacon and eggs, to made-to-order crepes to endless dessert choices, all presented in such a lovely manner. There didn't seem to be room on our plates to contain all we wanted. But then of course, we could go back and back and back, as much and as often as we wanted! It was spectacular! Our servers were very attentive and supplied everything in the way of beverages we could have possibly wanted in record time, with the utmost of customer care. We never once felt rushed and we all thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience! After our meal we walked around inside the hotel and then went outside to stroll along the lake, watch the water fowl and admire the lovely gardens. It was a delightful day and we all decided we would love to come back again soon! Really soon!

We had a quick trip to The Broadmoor and had such a wonderful time. Service is above and beyond what was expected - everyone we encountered was so proficient and professional. Room decor was very formal (floral fabrics, dark furniture) but very comfortable. So much fun exploring the entire resort, everything is so well taken care of. Would be great to come here regardless of the season, am sure they have activities that cater to both cold and warm weather.

We have been visiting the Broadmoor since 1954. It has always been good--sometimes a bit of a "dowager"--and a little worn. But it is now greater then it has ever been: service, rooms, activities, additional venues in the mountains. The food was excellent.
