Our extended family of 17 visited the Broadmoor to celebrate various milestones. It was the perfect place! We had two family members in wheelchairs and the Broadmoor accommodated them. From the shuttle to the shower, we did not worry about accessibility. We stayed over Easter weekend and there were activities for all family members, ranging in age from 6 months to 84 years old. We played golf, went fly fishing, swam in the pool, went on zipline tours and took the cog railway up Pikes Peak. The children played bingo, made jewelry and visited the Bee Bunch. We also had two wonderful babysitters secured by the Broadmoor. We stayed in our own suites that were perfect for families. Each family had three rooms that were adjoining and afforded privacy. What made the Broadmoor superior was the staff. From picking up forgotten luggage at the airport to helping with wheelchairs, the Broadmoor staff did it all. Their friendly smiles and helpful, efficient service were excellent. We can't wait to visit the Broadmoor again!

Loved, loved, loved this gorgeous property! The attention to detail here is fabulous! Every place we went throughout the hotel, the staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful! Even in shoulder season, the grounds were beautiful! I especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace warmly burning, just outside the bar, after dinner. Lovely touch! The Broadmoor knows how to entertain and please its guests. Amentities abound. And the pool, outdoor patio, and lunch service were relaxing and enjoyable. The spa was well-staffed and clean. I am looking forward to the time when I can return to The Broodmoor! But I can tell you it won't be soon enough!

I was travelling around colorado with my three children, and we got a little lost with Mapquest. We happened into the Broadmoor, and were approached by the man at the front gate. I told him I was lost, and asked, "what is this place?" Based on my interaction with this man, I will save up money to stay here. I stayed here when I was 8 years old, but have no recollection. Now, we don't look like your typical guests, But this man was SO friendly, SO inviting, and informative. I am usually very uncomfortable at ritzy places like this, I am sort of a plain jane. I am a registered nurse single mom from Iowa. So, you can imagine that I was not driving an expensive car, and was not able to immediately afford a room there, but that did not change his friendly service. He gave us a map, Invited us to drive around, view the property, and spend some time there for the day. He was very cool, and really excited to tell us about this place and made us feel very welcome. I will be saving up to bring my kids here next year. I know its expensive but I was so impressed with this guy.

Visited the Broadmoor in early April for a sisters trip. I have been to the Broadmoor many times and was very happy. This time was an exception. First of all, they now have a large service charge added to pretty much anything you do (eat, play or drink). This, in my opinion has made their employees very complacent and the level of service was way below expectation. It was almost comical as we experienced grumpy, inattentive and very poor service over and over. Overlooked reservations, forgotten food orders, rude servers, dismissive front desk employees, etc. it just wasn't the same and we were all so disappointed! One sister works at a high end Denver restaurant and was appalled, saying these errors would NEVER fly in her establishment, which really drove me to write this review. The only exception was the spa - THAT was a wonderful experience!

This was easily the nicest place I've ever stayed. Full of class and style, their campus was truly beautiful. Set up against a gorgeous mountain their patio was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Rockies landscape. I'll be back!
