We stayed there for several nights and I booked a confort room which was supposed to be from 23 to 26 sqm. Mine should have been barely 12, and, when I complained, I was shown other confort rooms that were all the same (small) size. When I asked what was the room size in their mind they said 20 but that was totally false (I measured it and it doesn't reach 20 sqm not even with walls). So be careful when you book and be ready to find a room smaller than expected. Service is very good. The hotel is new but I didn't appreciate the design: somehow too cold and with some mistakes such as lack of hangers on the walls of the room which are mandatory in a mountain hotel given all the stuff that you bring with you for skiing. In any case the location is great, common areas are good, spa is good too and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good, and pastry is excellent. Restaurant at night is very good as well.

My family and I spent another 4 terrific nights at the Savoia in March with a large group of friends and their families from the US. Front desk check in was fast and Carol was very helpful ensuring that families were taken care of. We were on half board, so enjoyed the wonderful breakfast each morning and the dinners on most nights. The service in the restaurant is fantastic and very friendly. The breakfast was especially delicious. We all got our boots, skis and poles downstairs in the ski shop where Federico and Marco always take great care of us. And of course Tatyana and Paolo at the concierge desk were always so helpful with directions or suggestions for anything. We hope to be back soon to Cortina and the Savoia.

This is our second visit to this hotel and it was great again. The staff in the restaurant, and the quality of the food, make this hotel the special place it is. Thank you for taking care of us again. Delighted customer.
