Great accomodafion at 8 minutes from center of Cortina d Ampezzo. Great bar cocktails and excellent food for dinner. Pool, massage and sauna are great. We took an appartment in the Chalet because they didn t have any room in the hotel, clean and large. The parking is underground and if it s snowing you don t have problems to clear the car.

It was our first time in Cortina.Room was very good regarding space (not charm).Service was ok,Máximo from breakfast was very good. The shuttle service to the lifts was a joke. This place is a 4 star plus, does not wore more than 500 per night.

We had a misunderstanding upon arrival. Promptly handled by attentive and professional staff. Beautiful, elegant and sophisticated rooms. Outstanding restaurant (special mention for maitre Giorgio) and wonderful spa. Any request is met with kindness and thoughtfulness. I could not recommend a vacation here more highly.

This hotel was an interesting choice for our 3-night stay, although it came at quite a high cost. The hotel itself appears to be fully renovated, and the room we stayed in was nicely updated. The sauna facilities were enjoyable. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the pool and gym, as they did not meet the standards we experienced at the two previous hotels we stayed at during our 10-day trip in the Dolomites. We were highly disappointed with the breakfast during our stay. As frequent travelers for both work and leisure, we can confidently say that this hotel's breakfast was one of the worst we've experienced so far. The quality of the food was poor, particularly the reheated and unappetizing eggs from the day before. The restaurant's atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, which led us to skip breakfast at the hotel entirely. The dinner experience was also underwhelming, as it seemed the hotel was attempting to achieve Michelin-star quality but fell short in execution. Perhaps they should consider simplifying the menu and creating a more casual dining experience. Throughout our three-night stay, we felt an overall sense of oddness and lack of warmth. The staff appeared inexperienced and untrained, making us feel unwelcome. Considering the price we paid, we didn't feel the value was justified. The hotel lacked the friendly and welcoming atmosphere we expected. To ensure a sustainable stream of guests, the management should consider hiring the right talent to manage the hotel more effectively.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Our room had a terrific view of the mountains and was spacious and clean. The food was great. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast each morning and also ate dinner at the hotel, which was very good. The staff was extremely friendly, hospitable, warm and welcoming. The spa amenities are nice. The only thing they could have improved was there hot tub was not hot and they also charge you to use the sauna, which is a bit of a bummer. Great experience overall though and would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in the mountains.
