Dromoland Castle Hotel

My wife and I enjoyed a magical few nights at Dromoland Castle! It is a truly special property highlighted by the engaging and supportive staff. The grounds are incredible and there is nothing like staying in an actual castle! We checked in with a surprise to an upgraded Stateroom with a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. We had wonderful meals at both the Tree and Fig (more casual, delicious comfort food) and the Earl of Thromond (high end, fancier), and again, staff were top notch! This is a special property and well worth the visit!

A very beautiful setting , very clean, friendly staff and an awesome horse (Sally) and buddy ride .The driver was a wealth of knowledge on the history and we are sure he kissed the Blarney Stone!🤗 Most enjoyable experience 👍

Great venue and golf course - excellent food - friendly staff

The location felt a bit remote, but, a day trip to Galway by bus stopped right in front of our castle. And, who cares, I wanted just to enjoy the three days at the castle surrounded by green and the warmest staff and luxury you can imagine. The room was spacious and inviting. No noise was heard. The service took care of your matters before you even thought they needed attention. Food was delicious and imbibing in riches was regal. The gym was more than adequate and not the usual bare minimum other residences offer.

Loved the staff, loved the hotel, loved the room! Wonderful pool facility and great bar to top it off. The grounds are amazing and I will definitely be back to stay... big thanks to Olive and the rest of the staff....
