Dromoland Castle Hotel

Dromoland Castle was beyond amazing. We loved the beautiful castle, upgraded & renovated suite. The service was impeccable. The breakfast, dinners, and cocktails were all excellent. The special touches made by the staff throughout our stay made everything more memorable. We will return again.

The stay was amazing! The castle grounds were amazing and service impeccable. We received a very warm welcome with fresh scones, tea, and coffee. There is absolutely nothing negative to say.

The staff have been trained to treat you as the owners or royalty living in the castle. They have a certain way showing respect as if they were the hired staff,….which of course they are but they do not come across as employees but the castle staff. Really cool to see and appreciate that. Go there with a relaxed mind and enjoy the ambiance. If there is an issue chill down first then talk with a member of the staff. Food is excellent. Don’t miss breakfast!!! The pub at the end of the hall has very expensive Irish whiskey. Redbreast 18 is a good one to start your evening. Please don’t dilute it. The guys at the front lobby handling the bags and parking cars etc..look and act like the butler. They are not young men and many in their senior years or close to it but they sling bags up and down the steps like professional butlers. Let them do their thing.

True 5 star experience. The staff was accommodating, friendly, helpful, etc. loved all the food and the live music. Falconry is a MUST! Jack was fantastic!
