Stayed for 2 nights, wonderful service, beautiful grounds and gorgeous gardens! Some of the common areas of the hotel were in need of attention, specifically the paint and carpet in the stairwell leading up to our room in the tower, but otherwise a great property!

Stayed one night for a wedding , arrived to check in at about 5pm and our room was not ready, we were fine about it as the receptionist said she would drop us our room key to the wedding party. At 11pm we still hadn't received our key? I needed to get my flat shoes so I walked up to reception and the receptionist apologised that she had forgotten to drop our key and directed me to the room. When I got to the room it was quite small and for some reason they had given us 2 single beds even though we were quite clearly a couple. My partner complained and another member of staff offered us another room which was a gorgeous room really close to the wedding hall . The porter that brought us there was so friendly but we just had a sour taste for the rest of the stay.

Dromoland Castle was the last place on our trip and it certainly was the best. The service was impeccable and everyone took care of your needs right away, especially the waitstaff and bartenders. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. Needless to say I will be back for sure.

My husband and I spent a night at Dromoland castle and we can't wait to go back. From the staff to the room and the food, everything was top notch! We also did a hawk walk with Damien in the morning and it was both magical and informative.

14 of us started our Irish Golf Adventure at Dromoland Castle. The day we arrived from the States we took 2 hours for a Hawk Walk with a guide and our falcon "Bomber." It was very informative and lots of fun to handle a bird of prey and learn about the history of Falconry. In addition, the estate, golf course and food service are suburb.
