Splendid short get away in beautiful surroundings
A wonderful experience with top class facilities. Room was amazing with a state of the art bathroom. Attention to detail in all areas was the stand out impression.

The grounds of the hotel are lovely but overall the hotel felt very cold. Needs a revamp. Had issues with the service- at breakfast one staff member said our order was not put into the kitchen so it was delayed by about 40 minutes. Had to also keep asking for our tea and coffee to be dropped down. For a 5 star hotel you do expect good service. Found the food options very poor

Family staycation
Fabulous week with 3 generations of family in Castlemartyr resort. We stayed in a 3 bed gatelodge. This accommodation is right on the road so can be very noisy. While we got used to it, we would know to book a lodge futher inside the resort on future. That said it was spotlessly clean. The facilities and food in the hotel are fabulous. Art and sculptures lovely around the hotel. Garryvoe beach is down the road. 30 mins to cobh and middleton even nearer. Will be back!

Great hotel for family time, beautiful estate, amazing breakfast and super friendly staff - especially Mr. Zubir Khan. Extremely kind towards us and our 2 year old son. We will definitely be back!
