The perfect setting for a getaway
The setting was absolutely gorgeous. Our room was spacious with a fabulous terrace outside. Food was delicious and very allergy-friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Premium place and premium customer service experience
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and the experience was exceptional. The staff were fantastic - friendly, professional, accomodating, and extremely customer focused. The bookng experience was fast and efficient with followup calls to confirm booking, details of arrival, and requests. I had booked a couple of treatments in the Spa for my wife early before checkin and the staff could not have been nicer, making my wife's experience really relaxing and pleasant. I went to the bar and had lunch and a drink and the food was top table and reasonably priced for a premium hotel. The ladies on checking were friendly and warm. On explaining why we were here (25th anniversary), they were very engaging. They upgraded our room without being asked and had a bottle of prosecco and some treats in the room with a hand written card congradulating us personally which was such a nice touch. The rooms are exceptional: clean and kitted out. You're paying a premium at places like this but you are getting a very premium service. Breakfast was top table also. Lots of choice and very premium food. Cereals, breads, fruits etc are all self service and the staff are very friendly and efficient and take your order from a menu for hot breakfast. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Every member of staff bar none make you feel welcome and greet you with a smile whether they are dealing with you or simply in your vacinity. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful resort with great reception staff comfortable well appointed rooms but with bar staff lacking friendliness and training. The bar menu and breakfast menu were far below 5 star standard and the wine price is exorbitant

Golf trip to Castlemartyr.
Fabulous 5 star hotel and beautiful golf course both in pristine condition. All staff on the resort were extremely helpful and friendly, free chauffeur service to and from the town. Might sound expensive but the experience is worth every cent. Try and you won't regret it
