Pet friendly stay - Fabulous stay, our dog and ourselves were treated like royalty by all staff that we interacted with. We stayed in a garden terrace room which was perfect, everything you could possibly want was in the room. It was my first experience dining at canopy and honestly everything I had was so tasty. The same for breakfast, they were running a busy Sunday breakfast service but everything was well organised with plenty of well trained staff and you could visibly see supervisors/hotel managers interacting with and checking in with the guests. Looking forward to returning.

Wow!! We booked a last min trip to this beautiful hotel and from the moment we drove into the resort we were looked after. Jerry the concierge greeted us, took our bags and gave us a welcome drink then Alexandra at reception couldn’t have been friendlier with her warm welcome, And attention to the kids.Jerry brought our bags up to the suite and gave us a few tips of what to do around the area. A Gent! We then went to the bar for some lunch where we had a sharing plate, oysters and Guiness. My husband said it was a very Good Guiness for a hotel 😆 and the Oysters were the nicest he’s had. My daughter then went to the kids club where the girls Louise and Isabelle played and took great care of her, she loved it, dinner in the hotel restaurant was Beautiful. We were looked after by a manger from Portugal ( we didn’t get his name) he went above and beyond for us got us a table last min gave the children teddies and specially asked the chef could he make something different for my daughter, who is a picky eater. All In all it was 10/10 and we will be back! 🥰

The lovely Genina working in the spa provided the loveliest back massage I have ever experienced. She is such a huge credit to the team and made every aspect of the spa experience perfect, if you are booking in for a massage definitely ask for her.
