2* spa in a nice location
We booked the private Serenity Suite with couples massages for a special occasion. Was very disappointed with the lack of spa or 5* feeling throughout. This suite was seriously run down and nobody explained where or what was included in our quite expensive package. 1. The private infinity pool we had was rusted completely not just small patches 2. The tiles and blinds you were to look out onto were all broken and filthy. 3. Lights flickered on and off 4. Only things provided were two paper cups and a jug of water. For any spa that would be disappointing for their top package but a 5*? As someone who plays golf here i was embarrassed and felt like i had to apologise to my wife as this grand gesture turned out to be a huge let down.

Wonderful location for a peaceful getaway
Great experience! Very friendly staff. Hotel is located in a relaxing environment where you can disconnect from the outside world. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable

Fantastic hotel
We enjoyed a lovely night with an fantastic private family meal in the Ladysbridge room. The food and service was excellent. Brendan and his team really provide an amazing experience.

Afternoon Tea...lovely experience
Had Afternoon Tea at the hotel with my niece today...20 December 2025. What a lovely experience.... delicious food, gorgeous setting, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful staff who were warm and attentive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend.

A fabulous hotel
I would highly recommend staying here. I loved everything from the room to the food and the cocktails. The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
