Relaxing & pampered stay in a fabulous hotel with welcoming and helpful staff throughout. Food was incredible and forgot altogether that it was mid-February for a few days. Great for beating winter blues. Gerald the concierge was a mine of local info and restaurant staff were incredibly helpful. Will return next winter.

From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Our room was absolutely immaculate: beautifully presented, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a luxury escape from start to finish. A very special thank you to Gerald, who made our stay extra special. He welcomed us so warmly on arrival and was amazing throughout our entire visit. On our first morning, he helped us organise bikes and took the time to show us the different walking and cycling routes around the resort. He was always so chatty, friendly, and genuinely helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. When we were checking out, Gerald greeted us again and even provided us with fresh bottles of water for the journey home, which was such a thoughtful touch. What meant the most to me personally was that he noticed I hadn’t attended the dinner where roses and flowers were given out. At checkout, he gave me one as I hadn’t gone to dinner— such a small gesture, but it truly made my day. That level of attentiveness and kindness is something you don’t forget. Breakfast was also amazing, with a fantastic buffet selection as well as à la carte options. The quality and variety were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start each day. Huge thank you again to Gerald and to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable. We will most definitely be back.

We had dinner in the canopy restaurant. We were so impressed with our waiter Bonjour Fernandes. So friendly and could not do enough for us. He is a credit to the hotel. 5 star service from a gentleman.

Best meal I’ve ever had in the restaurant. The service was friendly without being over fussy, and the wine selection was brilliant. The room, as always, was amazing. The day porter was especially friendly and chatty, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast can be a little lacking at times, but overall it was a great stay and I’d happily return.

I would just like to write a note to show how much we loved our stay. It was 5 star from the moment we were met at reception to check out. The hotel is breathaking inside and out and the staff are professional and polite.
