I cannot put into words the care and attention given to each guest it was outstanding. We had a wonderful one night stay and from the moment we stepped inside the door to when we left every member of staff was exceptional and genuinely care about their job nothing too big or small. We were kindly given a upgrade as we celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. The room was spacious and spotless, we also had a mini fridge. We floated away in the vitality suite. The food at both dinner and breakfast was fantastic. We certainly can't wait to go back again.

Our stay felt like a total treat. The accommodation is old style elegance with excellent staff and really good food. The spa area is very relaxing with very friendly therapists. The location so near the national park is a bonus.

Had another amazing stay at Muckross Park again this year, we got the most amazing executive suite. We had prosecco left in our room with a lovely note welcoming us back. Rose petals on the bed when we returned to our room after dinner. Had a fab meal in Colgans bar would definitely recommend. The finished our stay with a beautiful breakfast. The staff are excellent and could not enough for us. We will be back ❤️

Stayed for 5 days in a junior suite, well worth the upgrade. The room was beautiful and well equipped with everything you’ll need. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the National Park and great views out the windows. Some lovely walks right across the road. Fairly easy walk to the Abbey, Muckross House or Torc waterfall. Better again ask the concierge to book a private horse and cart trip around the park. What really makes the hotel extra special however was the staff. From the front desk crew and Johanna, the breakfast team (which is top notch food) the bar/restaurant staff and a special shout out to Katie from the spa. The spa was very relaxing after a long day exploring the park. The massage and seaweed bath were even better than we imagined and well worth the cost. Truly made our special occasion even more memorable. Thanks

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
