We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Muckross and will definitely be visiting again. The staff were very helpful and the location was great. The spa was great but could use a few more amenities. The food is fabulous!!

We stayed at the Muckross Park Hotel Apartments as a family of three and had an excellent experience. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed. Our bedrooms overlooked the forest in the national park, which made the whole stay feel extra magical. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere from the moment we checked in. We felt genuinely welcome. The spa facilities were gorgeous as well. A special thank-you to the lovely lady at the spa reception who kindly offered us a deal since we couldn’t use the spa during our full 2-hour allocated slot. Because it’s adults-only, we had to go separately so that one of us could stay with our child, and her thoughtfulness made a big difference. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Muckross Park Hotel Apartments to families looking for comfort, nature, and great hospitality.

Very elegant hotel with staff dedicated to ensuring your stay is perfect. Food prices are as expected for Ireland. The included buffet breakfast was wonderful but we had to eat and run. The porter not only helps with your luggage but will also park and bring round your car. My suitcase was damaged en route from the airline and the porter very kindly did his best to fix it for me. Class service and the room was lovely. Very close to Muckross Abbey, castle and house. Great location.

Sauna cold in morning at about 9.30, steam room and pool lovely. I would like to thank the chef who took the trouble to make a sauce for me as I am allergic to garlic. It was absolutely delicious, both my scallops and sole for mains. Way up there with the best I have eaten - waitress so reassuring that there wasn't a trace of garlic anywhere. When checking out I forgot to present my voucher, rang when I came home and there was no problem. Credit to my account. All in all we had a lovely stay.

It is always a pleasure to visit Muckross Park. The best staff! Excellent food! And a very relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff genuinely care about your experience. The thermal spa is also very relaxing. We will be back soon 😀

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
