Muckross Park Hotel & Spa

Beautiful stay from start to end, rooms were elegant and clean. Perfect location for a quiet stay but has everything we needed. Staff couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was amazing and attentive service throughout. Thank you we will be back!!

Everything about the Muckross Park Hotel is what you would expect from a 5 star rating. My first thank you has to be to the staff - they are just outstanding in every way and so utterly friendly and kind. The rooms are bliss, perfectly clean, well decorated and after staying in this hotel on two different occasions, their beds are one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Restaurant and Food is top notch, service with a smile and every need attended to The Spa A few days before our stay we attended the Spa and it is perfect for a spa experience, amazing pool, outdoor hottub and the best massage I've ever had (thank you, again, Katie!) We were here for a wedding this time and everything was amazing, the food during the event was amazing and I can honestly say the staff were just on top of everything, you can tell this hotel takes the time to train their staff well. Thank you Muckross Park!

My wife and I stayed one night during an eight-day trip through southwest Ireland. The location, right at the entrance to Muckross Park, was ideal for our Killarney stop. The staff were fast, friendly, and competent across the board. Our king room was clean and comfortable, and the excellent air conditioning was especially welcome during an unusually hot day. Breakfast was menu-driven rather than buffet style and was good. The drawback is that both the rooms and common areas feel dated and overdue for an update. You can tell this was likely a very upscale property 10 to 15 years ago. It is a shame the physical property is no longer on par with the quality of the service.

The Muckross Park Hotel & Spa is wonderful place to stay. We eloped at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond in service and to help us get the things we needed for our wedding. We booked spa services during our stay and they were great. We enjoyed using the Vitality Suite. You do need to book a time slot for the Vitality Suite as they limit the number of people. The breakfast has a buffet as well as menu you can order off. Everything was wonderful full of charm and hospitality. We loved our experience and again the staff was amzaing.

Our 2 night break was one of the nicest experiences we've had.From the moment we arrived we felt welcome,the room was amazing,the standard of cleanliness in room and throughout the hotel top class.We ate in Colgans ,had a very nice meal.The staff in every department of hotel were fantastic,professional,welcoming and friendly.Overall a fantastic experience.
