This is by far one of the best hotels in Kilarney. Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff that are so friendly, polite and welcoming. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely relaxed holiday near beautiful sights in Kilarney and within close distance to the town itself. Rooms are spotless and the Spa & Vitality Pool is outstanding

I cannot praise highly enough the entire experience that we had with here. From the helpfulness at the initial phone call when booking, to the added touches (prosecco, chocolates and beautiful letter in our room for my partner's birthday). The dining experience was exceptional. The chef's and kitchen staff's presentation of the food, and the two waiters (Jason and Lucian, I think?) were courteous and friendly. Lucian, who brought my partner a beautiful birthday dessert treat, spoke very touching words and birthday wishes, my partner and I were very appreciative. All staff interactions were warm and positive - with special mentions to the lady who checked us in, and the lady who checked us out, they were very friendly and helpful. It seems like a lovely place to work! The overall package was excellent value for money, and we will certainly be recommending to our friends, and will be back again ourselves. Go raibh míle maith agaibh uilig.

Professional and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Brilliant location to access the park. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The meal we had in the Yew restaurant was outstanding. One of the best my husband and I have had out in a long time.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay, we both come from a background in hospitality and it’s been a very long time since we experienced such a high level of service and food. Every staff member we encountered had been trained to an exceptionally high level as well as being charming and genuinely delighted to help in any way. Our meal at the Yew Tree was quite simply stunning and we both believe it is well worthy of a Michelin star from our experience. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, both from the manager and the waiter. It is a real rarity nowadays to find such well trained staff and beautiful service. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was exceptional. Hugely impressed. Just a gorgeous hotel, fantastic location and even breakfast was wonderful. I cannot recommend more highly.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
