Outstanding staff elevate an already exceptional stay.
All staff in reception, concierge, staff who maintained our rooms, all staff in the spa, the bar and restaurants were outstanding. The level of service provided in such a low key personal way elevated an already superb stay. The lodge was perfect for our stay, clean, functional and lots of space. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. We intend on returning next year.

Do not hesitate to visit
Fantastic location and hotel. The rooms are amazing and all unique. Staff and service are amazing. We used the spa and this was fantastic and very relaxing. Killarney is a super town and there is a great atmosphere wherever you go.

Great apartment stay
Three of us stayed in the apartment block across the car park from the main hotel. Large two bedrooms both ensuite. Plenty of space to unwind in the living area and decent small kitchen. Superb location and lovely staff throughout. Bar food portions are huge. Will be back.

Exceptional place to stay and enjoy!
Mucross Park Hotel lives up to the full expectations of a 5 star hotel ! Everything about our stay was so enjoyable and seemed like being part of a big family. Nothing pretentious and all the small detail was done without being noticed. It's a credit to the management to maintain such standards which we have enjoyed on previous stays there also!

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
