When I arrived, I was utterly impressed by the feel of walking through the lobby; it was absolutely beautiful! I felt that I had chosen well. But that was just the beginning! The staff was accommodating at every turn; we were welcomed, and that was a head turner for me. The rooms we booked were great, and the view outside was picturesque. The next day, we walked right across the street to the 25,000 acre park, with unrivaled beauty! The food, music, and staff at the pub each evening were excellent. We planned our excursions with the hotel concierge, and he certainly out done himself

We had the most wonderful stay from the moment we arrived The staff are absolutely excellent, Rooms are so clean and fresh, Food is excellent, You know the dining experience is good when locals dine there Can recommend the venue enough, Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Resort looks a lot better online than in person!
Seems to be primarily a wedding venue. A big party every night we were there. Leaves you dodging the inebriated nicotine addicts around the doors in and out. Tired rooms. Wonderful staff! But how much can you make up for all the rest?

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
