The Muckross Park Hotel & Spa is wonderful place to stay. We eloped at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond in service and to help us get the things we needed for our wedding. We booked spa services during our stay and they were great. We enjoyed using the Vitality Suite. You do need to book a time slot for the Vitality Suite as they limit the number of people. The breakfast has a buffet as well as menu you can order off. Everything was wonderful full of charm and hospitality. We loved our experience and again the staff was amzaing.

This was our second stay at Muckross and what a fabulous experience both times were! The surroundings, the rooms, the food, the spa...all excellent. What really adds the extra touch of luxury are the staff - attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Exceptional people. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bike hire which was perfect for exploring the gorgeous National Park, less than 1 minute from the hotel. A personal highlight of mine was the signature massage in the spa. Absolute bliss. We will certainly be back. Many thanks to the Muckross team for ensuring such a wonderful visit.

Muckross Park Hotel is in a lovely setting with great service. The rooms are spacious but looking a little tired, especially the bathroom, and I reckon they're due a bit of a refurbishment. The bar is very nice, with very fresh and flavoursome food, but it's a bit tricky for elderly guests to access as you have to go outside to get to it. The lounge area is lovely, with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy in good weather. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and professional, especially Aoibhean on reception and Ryan on concierge. Overall it was a very relaxing overnight stay. Rooms are a little tired in areas, but everything else is definitely 5 star.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
