Amazing!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I attended a family wedding. From start to finish the service and attentiveness from every staff member I encountered over the weekend was second to none. They went above and beyond. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. The rooms are just magical , the most luxurious room I have ever encountered. There is not one negative thing to say. The whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay in a great location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We stayed here for two days in early May and wish we could have stayed longer! Upon check-in, we were surprised with a suite-upgrade and wow, it was beautiful and huge! We had a lovely balcony with a view off of the room where we had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The young man who helped us with our bags went above and beyond to make our stay great. I believe his name was Shad? He gave us great tips for things in the area and was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is located literally steps from the entrance to Killarney National Park which I highly recommend visiting. It is a super easy walk to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House, plus the park overall is serene and perfect. If walking isn’t your thing, the hotel does offer bikes for guest use. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Ireland!

Spectacular stay. Hope to visit again.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely spotless. Room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and extremely comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us with any questions or requests very quickly. Truly wish we had booked a longer stay to avail of the spa and leisure facilities. We went for a wedding in the hotel and everything was spectacular from the meal , to the rooms , the ambiance of the entire hotel. Truly a 5 star stay. The breakfast by far was the highlight for me. The eggs Benedict and Continental options are amazing. Fresh smoothies , overnight chia seed bowls , fresh fruit, good coffee. Although the hotel is on the pricier side as far as hotel stays go it has Everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely Fabulous Service in a Gorgeous Hotel with An Amazing Spa

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

I love this hotel!!! I am staying here now and everyone here is amazing. We checked in late last night. Laura checked us in and she was very patient and kind and professional. She explained all the features of the hotel including the breakfast and the spa. And offered many times to have someone help us with our bags. We should have taken her up on her suggestion. lol…. Even though our room was on the dusty floor we still had to take our bags up some stairs. Then we spent time in the bar with bar worker Heidi. She was fantastic. She was pleasant and kind and she gave us great suggestions on how to complete the Ring of Kerry. In the main dining room, Guillermo was outstanding!!!! He was attentive en patient and friendly and hospitable and super professional during breakfast. But what really set him apart was that at the end of the breakfast buffet, when he heard that we were doing the Ring of Kerry he offered us boxes to take lunch/snacks with us on the road. He said that the food out on the road would be too expensive and not worth the cost. He found us a bag to put the boxes in!! I was moved to tears by his kindness. That suggestion went above and beyond what I would expect from hotel staff. The only purpose of his suggestion was to make MY life easier. And I will always tell all of my friends to come to this hotel just because of this particular interaction. Oh and the spa was amazing too. The fact that every hotel guest has access to the pools, sauna, outdoor hot tub and steam room is a huge bonus that I was not expecting. Bravo!! Bravo!!

Fantastic Break at the 5* Muckross Park Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We had a lovely stay at the Muckross Park Hotel in mid-April this year. Special thanks to Chris & the team for accommodating us with a specific room request. Chris went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Thank you also to the concierge on duty on the Thursday night of our stay, he very kindly assisted when our taxi driver's card machine would not function!. Finally, to thank the team in the restaurant for their support & advice on gluten free dining. As my husband is coeliac, their knowledge was hugely reassuring. A wonderful experience that we would highly recommend & hope to repeat in the not too distant future

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
