The concierge service was truly remarkable, efficiently resolving a complicated situation caused by the cancellation of our reservation at another hotel. The dedicated driver service provided incredible convenience, taking us anywhere within the city. The unbeatable location in Courchevel 1850, facing the main gondola (Croisete), proved to be an impressive advantage. Being in proximity to the main restaurants and shops greatly simplified our stay. Although we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the spa, its atmosphere certainly left us looking forward to a future visit. We sincerely appreciate the attention to detail and the undeniable commitment to excellence. Les Suites de Potiniere, you have created unforgettable memories for us.

We stayed at the hotel in February half term as a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 11. As soon as we arrived our room was ready and waiting. The reception couldn’t do enough for us. The room was really large and spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Beds were so comfy and no noise heard at night as there were additional shutters on all windows to block out any noise and light. The ski shop in the hotel were so accommodating and got all our ski rental things straight away. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could need, and the restaurant at night was Asian inspired with great choice. Very intimate. We were worried the hotel would be too small but it was perfect. The location is fantastic. A few metres from the main ski lifts and all the shops and restaurants. It couldn’t have been better. Having stayed a lot a few hotels in Courcheval 1850 on the slopes we will 100% be returning to Suites de La Potiniere in future.

The hotel was recently remodeled and it's beautiful. The service, staff and food is amazing. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were the nicest and so helpful. They opened a new bar/restaurant that is so good and so much fun. The hotel is perfectly situated at the edge of town and accross from the gondola. Highly recommend this place.

Magnificent hotel, spacious room with a very beautiful decoration, a king size bed, a large, very well equipped bathroom but a cold atmosphere, without human warmth, I came with a French friend accustomed to luxury, both of us were disappointed the service, the freezing atmosphere, the prices of the rooms and all the extras are exaggerated

A small and nice hotel, only real issue was the heating which seemed to be on all the time and took a couple of days for our suite to cool down so keep that in mind. Nice outlook over the street and up to the mountain and location wise perfect with only a 2 min walk to the main lift. Comfy, friendly, nice bar and great to have a hot tub in the bathroom to ease aching muscles, walk in rain shower as well. Lots of towels, closet space and a nice sitting room where with some help I plugged in my own media as well. Our friends were on same floor and complained of hearing booming music at night, we didnt have this, so be aware some rooms seem to get music from the two clubs adjacent to the hotel
