I can recommend this hotel in every single way. The hotel is beautiful, spacious room with an art wall to give it a nice touch. Nice amenities. The restaurant is delicious, would definitely suggest ordering Italian dishes. Great masseuse at the spa. Spectacular service, the staff is helpful and friendly. Overall an outstanding hotel.

We spent last weekend at the hotel and truly can recommend this place. Very friendly, attentive and dedicated staff, throughout all service levels. They all made us feel most welcome and they did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable. All installations are very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room even looked like brand new. We positively noticed the large pool, really made for swimming. The pool area is nicely located and visually seperated from the open garden and the restaurant area by palms and plants, which keeps the privacy of both, the hotel residents using the pool and the restaurant guests enjoying their meal. We also liked the contrast between the hacienda style building and the modern design of the rooms and the restaurant, with many design classics and attention to details. This sets the hotel apart from other Haciendas we've been to so far. The dinner we had was good and solid kitchen. We spent an incredible weekend and we would like to thank all employees of the hotel for their courtesy extended. Keep up the good job!

We decided to try this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. Since the beggining, the hotel representative (José) contacted me to review the details of my reservation and even made some changes to my reservation (made through since he noticed that the breakfast was no included. So, he cancelled the reservations I had made and made a new one including: breakfast, discounts for the spa and others. He also asked me if I was celebrating anything, and when I told the the reason of our travel, he arrange the most beautiful room, dinner and ensured that our stay was unforgettable. I need to mention that on our way to the hotel, we got a flat tire but we made it to the hotel safe and sound. When José met us at the front desk, he asked about our travel and I did mention the flat tire incident. He was so kind to work on all the arrangements to get that tire replaced and fix. I did not have to worry about a thing and I was able to enjoy the weekend, the food and drinks. All the staff treats you like royalty and are always eager to assist you and suggest drinks, food, wines and attractions. You can even meet the owner of the hotel who would greet you and ensure you are having a good time. Food and drink quality is excellent! they have a very good variety and have a Mexican food menu and a Italian menu. Both of them are high quality and you won't be disappointed. The hotel has three types of suites: regular, master and presidential. We stayed at a master suite and it has been one of the most beautiful and comfortable rooms I've ever stayed, full of details and very goo taste.

This was our second visit to Anticavilla and while I didn't think it would be possible they outdid themselves. Not only are the grounds spectacular (this hotel appears to be a converted hacienda) the service goes beyond what you would expect in a five star boutique hotel. Sometimes the smallest gestures go a long way. Some examples: We were celebrating and asked for shot glasses, they delivered them to our room with a home made chaser (Sangrinta). While at the pool we opened a bottle of wine and the very attentive staff brought us plastic glasses and a bowl of peanuts. The hotel arranged transportation for us to go out at night, for excursions and back to the airport. When they found out we are celebrating a birthday and inquired about having dinner there they sent the birthday boy a complementary piece of cake on the spot and arranged an incredible dinner outside on the lawn. The owners Luchiano and Barti take pride in their resort and manage to make every guest feel like they're the most important. At breakfast every morning the waiters remembered exactly what we wanted to drink, and the homemade croissants (all their pastries and breads are big on the premises) are enough to warrant a trip back to Mexico. Finally the rooms are fantastic. Comfortable bedding, Bulgari soaps in a multi head shower where I could spend hours if I weren't so anxious to get down to the infinity pool. Seriously it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back for third visit.
