What a great hotel wit very helpful staff, this hotel was picked by our travel agency. We could not have been happier with the service & position of the hotel. Augusto, Irvin & Orlando were excellent.

What a beautiful gem! It's a bishop's residence that has been converted to a hotel. It's almost like living in a museum. All the artwork, and there is a lot on the walls, is original. And yet, the bathrooms are so modern and luxurious! But a hotel can only be as good as the staff that runs it. It is very apparent that the staff takes great pride in the property and are truly invested in making everyone's stay a memorable one. Everyone, especially Ivan, Emerson, Augusto and Orlando went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the graceful way they offered us late checkout when they found out that our pickup for the airport was at 2 ( the official checkout time is 9) If I get a chance to return to Cusco I won't consider staying anywhere else.

This is the place you want to stay in Cuzco. The location is superb, you can walk to many plazas, cathedrals, restaurants and the San Pedro Market. The staff is five star plus. There are abundant sitting areas, each one more beautiful than the next. This was a former Bishop's house and in reality it feels like you are staying in a museum. Great breakfast and dining room and bar area that face a delightful courtyard. They keep coca tea on hand for you to help with the altitude sickness. Stay here, you won't be sorry.

We stayed at this amazing museum like boutique hotel for 3 nights to get acclimated to the altitude before our Salkantay Trek with Mountain Lodges of Peru. It is a wonderful small hotel right in the heart of Cusco near all the top restaurants. Giuseppe, Emerson, Willie and Alfonso the waiter were exceptional hosts!! We recommend it highly and would definitely go back!

This must be one of the best hotels in the world and a real gem of a luxury hotel in Cusco.if you are ever visiting Cusco and Machu Picchu, put this hotel on your must stay list. The level of service provided by the hotel staff - Giusseppe and Emerson were impeccable. They were extremely friendly and catered to all our needs during our stay with a high level of hospitality and warmth that makes staying at the Aranwa Cusco a wonderful experience in itself. Nothing was a bother to do for us to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. Hotel is beautifully decorated with many art pieces and these were placed very tastefully throughout the hotel. Its luxurious in all aspects. Location is just perfect with easy access to everything in Cusco. Having spent 2 nights there in 2 separate occasions , i must say this service is consistent as well.
