The hotel's location was perfect for our 2 1/2 day stay in Cusco. Staff including Augusto, Inrwin and Orlando were a great help at the hotel making us feel comfortable and at home in Cusco. The breakfest was more than adequete to fuel us up the many uphill climbs in our exploration of the cahrmng city of Cusco.

From the moment we entered this building we were treated fabulously. The hotel is also a museum of artifacts from when the building was the archbishops home. The staff is meticulous yet friendly. On the day we left for an overnight to Macchu Picchu , they stored our luggage till our return. When we got back to the hotel the following evening , they already had our bags waiting in our rooms. The staff is professional but very friendly.

We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. The hotel staff were very attentive and we appreciated the oxygen which is pumped around the hotel. A first rate breakfast was served. Our room had a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, multidirectional shower and bath. internet was free all through the hotel.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cuzco, location was great and everything was within walking distance, Plaza de Armas, Cuzco Cathedral, the Jesuit Basilica and the market. Lots of shopping places. Hotel service was spectacular and the breakfast buffet was magnificent. The muna tea worked better for me than the coca tea for the altitude sickness.

It is a modern hotel which displays museum like artifacts in the halls. The room is well laid out with a large bathroom that includes a spa tip along with multidirectional shower. It has a double sink and privacy enclosure for toilet. They also provide oxygen to the room.
