Beautiful museum hotel. Excellent service. Boris, the bartender, stayed later with us at the bar for extra half hour after closing. Emerson, Augusto, Orlando, Ivan and Willie were all helpful. Helped us get a cab to far areas of the city. I would only suggest a full-size mirror in the rooms and washcloths. Otherwise, great hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located just half a block from the main square. The hotel is nicely decorated with art pieces. The staff is most friendly and helpful and caters to our needs. Excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Aranwa, besides being a gorgeous hotel that draws your attention to the amazing decor, it also has very comfortable beds and pillows which were comfortable. The people who work to make your stay fantastic are so accommodating, all of them were so nice and really go extra to make your stay special( Orlando, Emerson and Giuseppe )just to name a few. They offer breakfast which was nothing short of perfect. There is always tea out for you to have also. The location is good right off the square. Very nice hotel and very nice staff loved this hotel ... thank you Aranwa for making our trip to Cuzco memorable

We enjoyed our 2 nights here in Cusco. The rooms were a little small but they were warm with heated bathroom floor and towel rails. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. Location was great.
