Reviews for Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel
The staff was amazing, everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Whatever we needed, they were right there to help. We had a late flight and they were very helpful in allowing us a late check out. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the artwork and the coca tea. The location can't be beat, walking distance to everything, yet the hotel felt very peaceful. I can not say how much I appreciated how well we were treated during our stay. This is the only place we will stay when we return to Cusco
This hotel is a converted Bishop's home from the 18th Century. Filled with Spanish art, it almost qualifies as a museum. As a matter of fact, they offer tours. The service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a large room with high ceilings directly over the lobby. The location is great, only three blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Many nice restaurants are close by. Treat yourself and stay at this place!

The Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel is not only a beautiful hotel with all the great facilities you might need and the brilliant location next to the Plaza de Armas. I believe its best advantage are the people working there and the quality of service we received. They are always smiling, friendly and very efficient. When we return on our last day from the Inca Trail, they gave us an upgrade to our room so we could have the jacuzzi to relax in after our long walk and the following day they let us stay into the room with a check out at 21:00 free of charge. I could only recommend this amazing hotel not only because it is a beautiful hotel but even much more because they have an excellent service quality.

We loved the location as well as the room and the employees in every area. Most friendly and helpful in all areas. Helped arrange a wonderful driver that took us out of the city for the day and were quick to help my daughter when she needed some oxygen on our first night there.

You won’t be disappointed selecting this hotel! It’s a beautifully converted 16th century home with a lot of history. Rooms are very comfortable, staff is fantastic, and location is great for walking to the central square. There were 8 people in our party and we all loved this hotel!
