We stayed here three times, coming and going, during our trip to Peru and Machu Picchu. All three times we got excellent rates, significantly below the listed prices, and for two of the three stays we were upgraded. Very comfortable, very attentive service, and excellent breakfast!

We were booked to the Aranwa hotel in Cusco through Lima Tours where we spent six nights. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had a small issue with our TV the first night and they were at the room in less than five minutes fixing it for us and making sure we had everything we needed. There was also a breakfast buffet that was delicious and offered a wide variety of foods. We ate there every morning of our stay before venturing out. We also appreciated that the hotel was within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see or dine at. Overall, wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Charming, confortable, perfect place. This is the best Boutique Hotel I' be ever been to. Right in the middle of downtown. Excellent rooms, excellent restaurant. There is an open square in the middle of the building, special for smokers. But the best note goes to the people who work there, Augusto, Emerson, Ivan, Adolfo and so many others. Thanks to all of you. Unforgettable stay !

Conveniently located in central Cusco, Aranwa is a charming customer-focused hotel. A 500+-year old structure, initially the home of a local bishop, Aranwa is museum-like with its architecture and original religious statues, paintings and sculpture. Hotel is easy walk to town squares and churches. Stay also includes buffet breakfast. Most importantly, its staff is outstanding, providing extraordinary customer service. When my husband and I had a medical problem, the staff (Raul, Ivan, Emerson, etc.) worked tirelessly to provide assistance; this was extremely meaningful since we were unfamiliar with local services. To minimize my stress, one staffer even gave me some ice cream. šŸ˜Š Can't praise them enough.

Machu Picchu is simply AMAZING and MAJESTIC! The Accommodations and STAFF at Aranwa Cusco were just the same. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like family. The decor is like visiting one of the cultural museums and the service is exemplary. The buffet breakfasts offered a wide variety of local foods and everything was so fresh. Highly recommend staying at Aranwa Cusco as your every need and want will be taken care of. We even knew of a guest who was struggling with altitude sickness and they kept a close eye on them - even extending a room to get better in after his stay ended as they needed to just sleep. You can't go wrong staying at Aranwa Cusco. Simply put, how many hotel places could you name multiple staff members day's after a stay? They had that big of impact on us.
