The staff at this hotel is amazing. VERY friendly and attentive, we never went without. We did have an issue with the heat settings in the room, but they solved the issue with a smile on their face. They always had hot water ready for tea (to help with altitude sickness) and always greeted us whenever we entered a room. The hotel is very well located which allowed us to explore Cusco at our leisure. This meant it was within walking distance of good food, the central square, shops, etc. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning which consisted of a typical buffet (pancakes, sausages, fruit, bread, cereals, etc). along with made to order eggs. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here! I think what made it extra special was the wonderful, caring, attentive staff. At the front desk, Emerson was always available to help us with anything we needed. And the entire restaurant wait staff was so sweet and kind ... we actually hugged them when we left. We were there twice during our trip and were upgraded to wonderful rooms each time. Both so comfortable and clean. And loved the showers! Felt particular good after our Machu Picchu hike! The hotel is on an excellent location .. just a block from the Plaza del Armas. If I were ever to go back to Cusco, this is the only place I would stay!

We were surprised by the lovely atmosphere of the hotel, that is a real museum with exceptional decoration and fine art! Our room was fantastic and even had an oxygen system that introduces oxygen to make the altitude effect less dramatical and boring! Special thanks for Augusto and Irwin that were really kind and make our experience the best possible! We highly recommend!

Just had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent. They quickly resolved an issue we had and made our stay so very enjoyable. The bar is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The entire hotel is filled with art and historical artifacts and has great sitting areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
