So i was here with my parents a couple of nights, with some days in between to go to the amazon+machu pichu. First of all, the room was nice and clean. Housekeeping is deffintely doing their utterbest. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast the same. Chefs in the kitchen (and the people buying the food) really know their job. (As a dutchie, loved the cheese with baguette, crepes and eggs in the morning) Before I start with names, I hope I wrote it down correctly and didnt forget anyone (otherwise, sorry and let me know!) A special thanks to; antonio cruz for being so nice during breakfast, Bryan and Guido ttaca (he is really nice!) for helping with al the luggage. When we came back, it was even already in the room. And of course to the people behind the desk. Gonzalo valencia opened the door for me in the middle of the night after dancing and was very nice to have a talk in the morning. Misail and (especially) benjamin were always eager to make us feel welcome when we arrived again. And everyone wanted to help me learn spanish, even though im a real beginner. Of course they could speak english, which is not always the case in the rest of the country. Thank you all!!

A wonderful experience! This charming hotel is located right in the heart of Cusco’s historic center. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and full of character. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of fresh, delicious food. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stay three nights at this hotel. I was in Cusco to visit Machu Picchu, as well as several other a Incan sights. This hotel has it all. Close proximity to the city center, as well as excellent food and great hospitality. You get what you pay for at this establishment. I recommend it to anyone.

We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room (including breakfast). Our room was spacious, quiet, very clean and comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant each night (although plenty of excellent restaurants very close by) . Service was very good and food excellent - plenty of variety. Breakfast buffet very good. Restaurant staff provided excellent service. Bartender very friendly. The only thing I will mention is that the men at reception were surly and not at all welcoming - luckily we didn't have cause to interact much with them. We would recommend this hotel for its location - just minutes walk to the main square, markets, Cathedrals etc.

The Aranwa Hotel is amazing, the rooms are great and the staff is super friendly and attentive, especially Juan Carlos and the bartender Jose. We loved our stay and we can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet and dinner is amazing too. Thanks so much!
