The staff here is excellent! The front counter staff - esp Guido and Benjamin-were so gracious, kind and accommodating. Everyone saw to our comfort - beginning with coca tea upon arrival. The boutique rooms had coffee, shower and tub, towel warming bar. Very comfortable! Also the restaurant had excellent service.

Visit Cusco only at the Aranwa hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This hotel is the best choice in Cusco. Great location, beautiful historical/colonial decor, and very good amenities. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, combining modernity with colonial character. Breakfasts are very good, with a variety of food. A very strong point of the hotel is the perfect and very helpful service—special thanks to Antonio who assisted us in the restaurant.
