Exceptional service and perfect in every way
We had an amazing experience and felt very looked after. Perfect location. Warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were thought out and even had a sun room. The breakfast was exceptional so value for money was 10/10. Our waiter was Juan Carlos and he was so welcoming. Will definitely come back. It was clean and no noises at all. There was also a jacuzzi bath!!!!!

Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Service
Aranwa Boutique Hotel is truly one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The property feels like a living museum, filled with exquisite 16th–18th century artwork, antiques, and beautifully preserved architectural details. Every corner has something interesting to discover. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Cusco, making it very convenient to explore the historic center on foot. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the top-notch service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A beautiful and unique hotel with a wonderful sense of history, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cusco!

Dinner service a highlight!
Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. But the best part was the amazing service we received from Juan Carlos in the hotel restaurant. His attention to detail, particularly in making sure my meal was coeliac friendly, put me at ease immediately and his witty repartee made our evening so memorable. All dishes were of a particularly high standard. Thank you chef and special thanks to Juan Carlos
