This hotel is perfectly located. We stayed 5 nights in total. Split into a 3 days and 2 days with a trip to Macchi Picchu in between. We had issues with our room initially but Augusto and his team were quick to find us a better room and when we returned after Macchu Picchu we were treated to a serious upgrade. The staff here are really willing to assist and are very friendly. Barman Hose made gin n tonics for us every night. A superb place to stay full of antiques in the common areas and in all the the rooms

Jose was an excellent bartender. He was very attentive and explained the specialty drink of his country the Pisco Sour. Very interesting how they use the grapes. He treated us like we were to only two in the bar and as well as the other patrons with a smile.

Great location in Cusco, you can walk everywhere and the hotel is on a lovely, quite street. Very comfortable rooms with excellent service, my room had quite a large bathroom with whirlpool tub and large shower. My friend's room on the second floor was smaller so if you want more space go with the first floor rooms.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for four nights as part of our upgraded tour package and were not disappointed. The staff is phenomenal, friendly, and made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable visit. The hotel and rooms are clean, well furnished, and had great amenities and a solid breakfast buffet and/or menu selections. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance of the main square, great restaurants, shopping and all city center attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for several nights at Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel and were delighted with our stay! The hotel staff were wonderful, very kind and competent. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and tea throughout the day. The location was excellent- we walked everywhere. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful- lovely artwork, flowers and decor; comfortable beds. Thank you so much!
