Iam impressed, really good place for travellers, everything like a kitchen and service is the best, beautiful views from hotel windows. Excellent spot if u want to see a Cuzco. 5/5 I recommended that place!

You can tell by the photos that this colonial estancia is a 5-star oasis in the heart of Cusco. The accommodations are beautiful. The hotel does not nickel & dime you for drinks and snacks left in your room. All is complimentary - including Pisco (yay!). But what makes this hotel very much a cut above is the Staff. They helped us out when our arrangements were going south - and it was NOT their job to call our local guide company - or our airline. But they DID. And our personal Butler, Sr. Victor de la Borda, was simply our 'go-to' person - for anything. Have travelled all over the world and have never had such Service...certainly not in Europe, that's for sure. One last mention: The hotel is personally generous as well (I won't go into the details). Spend some money...enjoy yourselves! Stay here!

We travelled with Nat Geo so we stayed at outstanding hotels. This was one of the best. Our large room was very nice and the service was excellent. Beds and amenities matched the rating. We ate breakfast every morning with the scrumptious buffet and very much enjoyed the restaurant on the evening we stayed in. The location is very good with a short walk to the square. I would definitely stay there again

Absolutely fantastic and only wished we had stayed longer and had time to savor the hotel itself. Wonderful, huge suites and easily the best hotel in Cusco. Very central to attractions. Great breakfast (harpist at breakfast) and pool for the kids.
