This is a temple of elegance, Luxury, outstanding service and real human warmth and care.
I am a very well seasoned traveler and I can truly say that this is without any doubt one of the most rewarding, soothing, flawless and perfect stays in any kind of hotel in the 120 countries and territories that I have visited. I can proudly say that my comment on trip advisor about the Rosewood Hong Kong as being one of the best hotels of the world was a prelude of their award as the world’s best hotels. I can only say that the building, history and atmosphere of the Nazarenas is unique. But the real GEM of this property is its absolutely SUBLIME service. I want to specially commend and thank SAÚL, probably the best grand luxury hotel Butler that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Congratulations Las Nazarenas and congratulations and a million thanks to the brilliant and superlative professional Saul.

We had a fantastic time in a great specious room with lots of extras (bed warms). Small suggestion: I would also offer a non Michelin star dinner.
