Rooms are nice. Lobby has an INTENSE fragrance that could be tamed down a bit. Breakfast is okay. The. Pool. And Pool Area Though- God AWFUL. Filthy on a Saturday morning. Food and food wrapers EVERYWHERE. Little sun. Choppy busted up concrete Cheap chairs Pool itself desperately needs resurfaced. Overlooks a giant YMCA Scafolding and tool bags left out.

Our stay at the Fairmont was made extraordinary mainly due to their Chef Concierge Philip Powell! He exemplifies the definition of outstanding customer service. We had a group of 8 and he eagerly booked all of our restaurants and rides to the restaurants. One time he even rode with us to the restaurant and suprised us with a champagne toast!!!! He knew our names, he continually checked in us and a smile never left his face! Because of Philip, we will stay at the Fairmont every time we travel to Dallas. Our room was great and the pillows were yummy! Thank you Fairmont management for hiring Philip and giving him the authority to make your customers experience at the Fairmont extraordinary! He made a difference!

Lovely hotel however just a tad out of central Dallas as there are very few restaurants in close proximity

Pleasantly surprised at how convenient this hotel was to popular spots to visit even though I came here for a work conference. The staff at the desk were very friendly and efficient and even the managers helped me find my way around. There was even a real (not airport like) Starbucks inside there as well. Very welcoming and great experience all around. Thank you for the memorable time.

Booked this hotel for the recent CCA summit only a week before the event. Called the hotel directly and was assisted by an extremely helpful lady, who checked on the corporate availability and assigned me a room on the 19th floor. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the overall service beyond expectations, given how busy the hotel was and the heightened security.
