Room was nice but no usb charging port. Asked for one to be brought to room but it never arrived. Room not made up one day. Never able to set a wake up call, no one answered that phone line. Had to fetch our own coffee pods because room not made up. Requested clean sheets one day and did not get them. They just made the beds with the dirty sheets. For the price of this room, the service did not match the experience. The best experience was with Philip at the concierge desk. He is a real professional. I have a dietary restriction so I ordered a grocery delivery for my room and requested a fridge by taken up. They did put the fridge in my room and then all of my groceries froze. The fridge was defective and I could not use $100 of groceries. This was really unacceptable. They gave me $100 off of a bar tab for the inconvenience but it really was a great inconvenience and it seems that it did not need to happen.

The King suite was very comfortable. It was great to have a separate living/dining area to the bedroom/bathroom. It was spick and span and joked about wanting whoever cleans these rooms to come to my house! Also, very quiet considering its in the heart of Dallas.

Wonderful stay, room was clean and comfortable. Room service was top notch. Highly recommend staying here while you’re in town. The front desk clerk was as helpful and as kind as could be! I think I’ll stick with this place next time I’m in town. Thanks to all staff for the hospitality.

I had a great experience at Fairmont Dallas. It was my first time, but it will be my hotel of choice when I'm in the Dallas area. It is a very clean hotel, the rooms are spacious, there is a great location, and the food is great. I used room service for breakfast and I will put it on the scale with The Wynn, Las Vegas. All of the staff members were courteous, professional, and helpful.

Phillip Powell, Chief Concierge, bent over backwards to help me find a ride to the airport. He is kind, professional and a beautiful human. I greatly appreciated how much time he spent with me to make sure I had a safe trip. Thank you so so much!
