This was my second recent stay here and the staff does not disappoint. Taylor and Allen were phenomenal. My friends and I had an awful experience with the valet, which I believe was independently run. It was a father and son team. When asked could we get a cart to unpack they simply said we don’t have any. We can check upstairs. Of course we responded, please. My friend goes in to see that the young man never went to go look for one…at that point Allen stepped in and found us one immediately. No assistance was offered to get our things to our room. The worst part…the father was extremely rude. He never spoke and came out to circle my car. I asked was there a problem, he said yes…this damage on your car, maybe you will say that we did it. I was floored. I’d been recently side swiped at the grocery store and totally understand documenting. But do so quietly, as to not offend and accuse your guests of fraud in the future. The father was rude to my friend as well. Had it not been for Allen, the starting vibes for my girlfriend’s vacation would have been ruined. Upon checkout, 4/14, the valet crew was totally different and pleasant. But the father son duo…were horrible and should not be the first impression.

Truly an outstanding property. Wonderful room, breakfast included was an order from menu in the dining room, excellent food and service. Housekeeping was wonderful and daily without asking, which is rare in many hotels now. My only issue was that the barn door on the bathroom was quite heavy and difficult to open/close. Overall one of the best hotels we've stayed at and would love to stay again.

Great staff, nice rooms and good food. Walking distance to SMU. We will stay here often. On the Katy walking trail. Starbucks across street and good restaurants. Parkin staff was great! One of our vehicles is a large truck and is very hard to park especially in the city , but they had no problem with it. Thanks again!

This hotel is beautiful from top to bottom. The rooms spacious and updated. The pool, bar, restaurant and spa are perfect amenities for this location that caters to its guests. The staff is attentive and the epitome of what excellence in service looks like. Allen Knight was a ray of sunshine and incredibly helpful on our Checkin which was seamless. This led to the start of a great birthday weekend. Room service was prompt and the food out of this world from the 10 oz Filet mignon to the Lamb meatballs. All had incredible flavor. When checking out, staff at the desk were bright and definitely made my morning. This hotel has mastered customer service.
