3 of us spent a spectacular weekend at the Dallas Zaza Hotel. Not only did our Ramblers take care of business but the wonderful staff at the Zaza did so with a big ole Texas smile and fantastic hospitality to boot. Especially, our wonderful receptionist Amanda! This sweet, warm and welcoming lady made us feel right at home. ZIP members for life!! Rock on Dallas, Rock on!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Dallas for business. This was my first stay at a Hotel Zaza property, but I can tell you it won't be my last! The overall experience of the hotel from start to finish was great. Check in process was smooth, and the person at the front desk was very nice. I very quickly received my room keys and headed to my room. I stayed in one of the standard king guest rooms on the second floor. The room was very spacious, and included a sofa along with plenty of other seating. The decor was consistent with the rest of the hotel, luxurious feeling but eccentric at the same time. I liked it. One of my colleagues I was travelling with likened it to the home in the MTV show Flavor of Love. That felt somewhat accurate. Every light in the room dims, allowing you to set a serious chill vibe when you get back to your room at the end of long work day. Honestly, my only complaint would be that the doors throughout the hallway tend to slam shut, and you can hear them loud and clear from other rooms down the hall. I had breakfast at the Dragonfly one of the days, and it was very tasty. Seemed fairly reasonably priced to me, although that seemed to be a common complaint from others. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk in just about any direction and find great bars and restaurants. It's also a short ride from other interesting areas like the Deep Ellum neighborhood, which I would highly recommend checking out if you like street art, live music, and good bars!

This hotel has an amazing location where you are surrounded great restaurants. It’s not a massive property, but it’s interesting and fun, without getting noisy. The staff are amazing! Genuinely kind, not faking it. We payed extra for a themed room. It was large and interesting- spacious - but had that antique smell like you remember at your grandmothers house when you were a kid. The restaurant was very good, and the spa staff were also outstanding.

We stayed 3 nights here before heading to the Ritz for conferences. What a wonderful boutique style hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every part of the hotel. (A special shout out to John at the concierge desk and all of the drivers that we had.) All of the restaurant recommendations and "things to do" recommendations were spot on. The cars were great both dropping off and picking up. The club scene was hopping (I think it's "off the hook" now.) and the restaurant was great for breakfast. The king suit was a great room, I would love to try one of the theme rooms next time. Thank you to everyone at Za Za for a wonderful. stay.
