Perfect!
When we arrived we were told we’d been upgraded to a bungalow in a separate building. I was a bit suspicious and wanted to be in the main hotel, but OMG our bungalow was stunning!!!!! The very friendly and helpful drivers took us round with our luggage. The bungalow had everything we needed and more, the robes were divine and I sat out on our balcony with a drink in my robe watching this peaceful neighbourhood pass by. Room service was excellent too with great variety and efficient service. We ate in the restaurant which was also excellent in service and food quality / quantity. Lovely surrounding area, lovely staff, I would stay again 100%

Great place to stay with excellent people.
Every time I stay here, it’s better than the last. From the minute you step out of the car, you are treated with a smile and a warm welcome. The front desk team are wonderful, but the real hospitality begins at Dragonfly. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, Larry will take great care of you. In the evening, Earnesto is behind the bar and is exceptional. The entire place is a joy and I am already looking forward to my visit next month.

Eh. Where is the zero stars
I’d give this place a zero if I could. Cool atmosphere but do not even get me started on the deposit they needed and it wasn’t anywhere on the emails I received as a confirmation. The issue? I only carry cash. They would only take a card. It was a nightmare. Like I said, cool atmosphere but a terrible experience checking in.

I had the best experience at Hotel Zaza Dallas Uptown - from the property to the friendly staff and everything in between, this hotel made our trip! A huge thank you to Courtney and the whole team!

The Perfect Hotel!
Great location for business and leisure. Everyone is friendly from valet, reception to the restaurant staff. Great location and conveniently located near local restaurants and entertainment.
