I tried this hotel recently because it was close to my business meeting and the two more “name brand” choices were asking ridiculous rates. I loved it. The room was huge — other places would call it a junior suite. The restaurant is nice. The vibe is funky— great artwork. And the staff was very nice. A good choice if you need to be in this part of Dallas.

I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel ZAZA. We stayed in a bungalow and the first thing we said was, “we wanted to move in.” It was amazing! We also were completely spoiled in their restaurant! The food was first rate! The service from the front desk to the maid service was wonderful! We’ll stayed there every time we come to Dallas!!!

We have stayed previously at a number of the higher end hotels in Dallas. This was our first stay at Hotel Zaza. It won't be our last! This is the best hotel in Dallas. We have traveled to all 50 states and 44 countries and I can state that Zaza is one of our favorite hotels anywhere in the world! Super friendly and engaged staff and fantastic, unique rooms/suites. The young ladies at the front desk, Juana, Carolina and Kyli were wonderful and very helpful upon check-in. First impressions are important and they didn't disappoint. After a nice glass of Rose' (on the house), we went up to our wonderful Escape Suite...Beautiful! The Zaza is within walking distance to much of Uptown and local restaurants, etc. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary. First class service at a first class hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Zaza!

This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a very special place. From the amazing decor to the fabulous service. It was fabulous. Our suite "The Escape" was absolutely stunning. There was a wonderful "living room" area, a dining area, and two full bathrooms (one with a steam shower). There was also a beautiful jacuzzi tub in its own room. The staff was wonderful! Always a pleasant greeting and fantastic service. The ambiance of this hotel takes you back to a time of luxury and comfort that was only experienced in the very finest hotels. This is definitely a world-class hotel.

I traveled to Dallas in April 2018 for business and stayed at Hotel Zaza. This lovely hotel does not disappoint and is the perfect combination of classic, modern, chic and edgy. It's also very centrally located in the Uptown neighborhood and is walking distance to several restaurants and even a Whole Foods. (If you're not into the Uptown "scene", then rest assured you're not that far from other interesting parts of Dallas too!) Room are well designed and incredibly spacious (both of which I've come to expect at boutique hotels). My room featured double beds and a large living area with a desk, sofa, and two chairs. My balcony was a good size too and overlooked the front of the hotel and the bustling pool area. My only qualm would be the bathroom. While this is obviously an older hotel that has been renovated, the bathtub was a dated tub/shower combination that had been shoved in a corner. If you have time, be sure to stop by Dandelion, the onsite restaurant and bar. The bar itself is stunning and features every beverage you could think of. Given that I was waiting for a friend, I opted for a glass of white wine and snacked on the bottomless supply of Hot Tamales (win!). Given that it was a Friday in April, the pool was bustling and everyone seemed to be having a great time.
