Eh. Where is the zero stars
I’d give this place a zero if I could. Cool atmosphere but do not even get me started on the deposit they needed and it wasn’t anywhere on the emails I received as a confirmation. The issue? I only carry cash. They would only take a card. It was a nightmare. Like I said, cool atmosphere but a terrible experience checking in.

The Perfect Hotel!
Great location for business and leisure. Everyone is friendly from valet, reception to the restaurant staff. Great location and conveniently located near local restaurants and entertainment.

Amazing as always
The hospitality Alex and the ZaZa team provide is impeccable. It is the small things and details that make it ZaZa and truly unforgettable. My family and I go there despite living close by to have a beautiful getaway and an oasis in a big city. It’s a true treat and we can’t wait to come back.
