Hotel ZaZa Dallas

Fabulous hotel but not for business travelers. Great location. Hotel defines the living large lifestyle of Dallas. Good for honeymooners and couples. Not for serious business travelers. 3 thins why 1. No coffee in the room. Look no one likes coffee from a clunky machine but you don’t want me to walking at 6am to the butler area for my morning joe. Sure coffee is fresh but thats beside the point. And what’s with only at 6am. Business travelers have early flights and late ones. Starbucks Keurig cup is not too much to ask for 2. Rooms are simply gorgeous but there’s tons of things folks on business need. All missing. 3. Finally, the staff was absent. They were professional and up to the point whenever you encountered them. But no smile. No one around. Sure it’s 100 degrees. Even indoors folks were mostly MIA. Compare that to other lesser elite places like the Hilton Curio up in Highland area. Stay here if you’re on vacation. For Business lots of places down the block.

We have visited Hotel Zaza for the last 10 years. I am sad to say that it is not the same. We are here now and the room is shabby, obvious water damage in the ceiling and walls. Service had declined, ordered lunch at the pool, an hour later no food. But, very busy with only two staff. Came back to the room and it had not been cleaned. The is DEFINITELY not the level of service that we have been accustomed too. We have always touted Zaza as being the pinnacle of hotel service. Hate to see the decline.

We love the Hotel ZaZa Dallas Uptown. It is convenient to our office and walking distance to many great restaurants in the area. Great location. We had a group room block for our team for a training we did at our office. This is definitely our go to hotel when staying in Dallas.

I checked into ZaZa Dallas and the Valet and Front desk gave me a warm welcome back! After checking into I enjoyed my time at the Dragon Fly bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the bottle of Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc paired perfectly with the delicious lamb chops! It was a memorable dining experience. Additionally, I must mention that my room was absolutely luscious, contributing to an overall enjoyable stay.

We celebrated our Son's Rehearsal Dinner, Poolside Welcome Party, and reserved rooms for our out of town guests at Hotel ZaZa Dallas. We received many compliments about the weekend from the delicious meals, to the atmosphere in the Dragon's Den and at our poolside party. Services from the valet staff, front desk, and restaurant personnel were professional, courtesy and friendly. Meals served poolside and in The Dragonfly restaurant were complimented by many of our guests. Rooms are spotless, and beautifully appointed with unique decor. We worked with Event Sales Manager, Samara Atwood whose efforts and guidance helped us plan a truly memorable weekend.
