Hotel Zaza Dallas is the ultimate in luxurious accommodations and quality service all the way around! Why is this? It is because this Uptown Dallas resort property is meticulously managed by the WONDERFUL Alex Aland. A guest in his hotel is treated like a personal friend and everything is good as gold! I recently put very discriminating guests that were visiting from Beverly Hills up in this top boutique style hotel. They selected it based on the brand and knowing it's good as gold reputation. They could not have been happier or more pleased with their entire experience! If you want the finest in luxurious accommodations, food, and personal service look no further and treat yourself to Hotel Zaza Dallas and sit back and relax!

I've stayed in many hotels in my life - Hotel Zaza was one of the most outstanding experiences I've ever had. They turned a difficult situation in an unforgettable one. My wife and I booked a weekend getaway (from Fort Worth) and saw the great reviews for the hotel. As we checked in, the Zaza staff initially couldn't find a record of our reservation. I showed them the confirmation number from Trip Advisor (which interestingly enough uses Expedia to book all their hotels, which was the problem.) As they called to try and reach an Expedia representative, Mary (the room manager) invited us to the bar for a complimentary drink while they fixed the problem. Let me tell you about the bar experience - one of the coolest bars I've EVER seen. Our servers Tonnia and Gaby, were so welcoming and gave us outstanding service. The cheese board, pizza and wines were outstanding. We almost skipped our dinner reservation across the street and stayed in the hotel bar all night. Mary found us in the bar and told us she had fixed the problem. She then offered us an upgrade to one of the 20+ (of 120 total) themed rooms. We chose the "Shag-a-delic", which was a play on the Austin Powers 1970's retro look. It was AWESOME - 8 lava lamps, a huge round couch with beanbag pillows, cool shag carpet, groovy bathroom wallpaper, etc. Mary was a heroine indeed. The hotel shuttle (SUV and golf cart) was prompt, with super friendly and professional valet attendants. The fitness studio was perfect, too, with multiple new treadmills, bike, rig, and free weights. Veronica, the front desk attendant, could not have been more pleasant. She gave us a great recommendation nearby for breakfast. The decor inside is tastefully bohemian. There are all sorts of framed European/American fashion photos on the hotel walls, the lobby has a huge wall of closeup portraits from different countries in Africa and Southeast Asia, and the feel of the hotel was something I've never experienced. With a hotel of this caliber, you can expect some ecentric, high maintenance, and just plain rude guests. I saw how Mary and Veronica handled a difficult situation (with another guest) with grace and professionalism. The owners of Hotel Zaza can rest assured that when it comes to an amazing place to stay, with world class staff, they have the total package. We'll definitely be back, but not soon enough!

This boutique hotel never disappoints when we stay for a “staycation”. Pool is a great scene during the warm months. I would not have my kids at the pool, it is not family friendly. At night the restaurant/bar can be loud from people and music, which doesn’t bother us, I just know they warm guests with rooms facing that direction it might be disruptive until 2AM. The rooms are uniquely decorated and the entire place is very trendy. Great for couples, not for families.

From the moment you drive up and the friendly valet greets you, you’re made to feel like royalty. Many a visit, I have been upgraded and a bottle of wine sent to my room. The staff, restaurant waiters and housekeeping are all to be commended on their excellent service and hospitality. The rooms are impeccably clean and stylishly furnished. Rates are high but reflect the service and amenities you receive. Luv this place!!!!

Stayed at ZaZa for a business meeting. Great location and very cool public space. The art through the hotel and in the rooms is very cool. The bar was a good scene and the food was great. The only negative thing was the walls in the rooms are thin. I could hear my neighbors and my co-workers said the same.
