My wife and I ventured to Dallas a few weekends ago for my work Christmas party. The party itself was held at Hotel ZaZa with a dinner and a game night in one of the Gala rooms. We truly had a great time at the party and afterwards with the DJ and dance floor in the pool area. We woke up Saturday morning and talked about how nice it was to have a getaway (kids were with the grandparents) and how we should stay another night. So I headed downstairs to the check in desk and ended up talking with Mary. Things were pretty well booked for Saturday night there, but Mary made things happen. She was able to get us our same room for Saturday night and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful Saturday night around Dallas and back at ZaZa in the bar and around the pool area with the dj. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were more than accommodating, giving us the very enjoyable kid-free weekend we needed. Thanks again to Mary, who went out of her way to make sure we had a great time and had everything we needed. I look forward to our next stay at ZaZa in Dallas!

Once we arrived we had a couple of set backs, and even though it wasn't the hotels fault, Ghanema made sure we were taken care of. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy, and had the best experience possible. Not just once but twice, she went above and beyond. The bartenders were great and very friendly, and last but not least, the spa. They were amazing, it was our first time getting a massage. We did the couples massage and definitely enjoyed it. Highly reccomend this place, we will definitely be returning.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently when I am in Dallas and while I love the room and location (and spa), I have found the front desk and concierge desk to be the BEST. This past visit Scott at the bell hop stand, not only delivered 4 HEAVY boxes to my room, he then came back to my room, reloaded all the boxes and put them in my car saving me a tremendous amount of hassle and work. He was more than gracious and kind about it. Again, the Zaza always delivers in the customer service area and just had to share yet another great experience. Thanks, Scott!

I’ve only been here a few days and I must admit my initial impressions were not great. Arrived later evening and struggled to find my room. The numbering takes a bit of guess work but I didn’t think to ask for help and none was offered. It’s not a huge deal for a smallish hotel. The decor is fun though I found the rooms to be a bit too dark. As they’ve apparent recently remodeled this is a look they are going for. Dark sort of Art Deco disco. It could be a thing! The beds are awesome and the rooms well sized. Again darkish with heavy drapes covering entire walls with some windows underneath. BUT! 99% of the humans I interacted with were really good. Upbeat, doing all they could. Breakfast food is exceptional, room service eeks! You have to leave your room to get your caffeine fix so for me this isn’t ideal. Romantic weekend or just fun vibe yes. Not so much for business. Still better than the Stoneleigh where it feels like you are taken for granted. Not here. They really make every effort within their means. Worth coming back if you’re in uptown Fitness center is pretty good and they have an array of spa services too. Great art on the walls. Generally a good visual experience.

Former Rosewood Crescent Court diehard but finally gave Zaza a try on last business trip. I'm glad I gave it a try and have since made the switch on a return visit last week. Spa service was awesome. The property itself is well kept and staff are very attentive and friendly. I was told i was upgraded to a suite and when I opened the door I felt like I had just fallen off a Safari Jeep at midnight. Room was way too dark and while hip a few years back, didn't enjoy a dead wildebeest on the wall staring back at me. Visited a colleauge's room back in the cottage area and rooms were nice there but away from the hotel for breakfast. Good central location to all the bars on Mckinney. Def will stay again for the spa services.
