Hotel ZaZa Dallas

We had a wonderful time in Bungalow 7. Not sure if anyone has seen these, but these are basically like your own luxurious apartment to stay in. It's incredibly well decorated and kept with a beautiful bathroom, living room, bedroom and kitchen area. It has this beautiful patio area that you could stay at and relax as well. You even have a complimentary lot to park your car because its slightly detached from the hotel (but you still get all the service you need like room service, housekeeping, etc). If you are a couple that likes your privacy this is just absolutely perfect. You're not near a busy street and you don't hear other people in the hotel. I mean, it was just such a great experience. I look forward to staying there again soon. It really provided a wonderful get away where you can go to Dragonfly and relax by the pool. The staff is always wonderful and kind and really make you feel comfortable. Thank you all for the wonderful stay!

Prior to last week, I’d dined at the Hotel ZaZa Uptown on a few occasions, and always enjoyed the food and the ambiance. But I hadn’t stayed there before. So I decided to book a room for myself and my partner for a one-night getaway to celebrate her birthday. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. We each had an excellent massage in the spa, which provided a very tranquil and pleasing atmosphere. Our room was very spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The bed was unusually comfortable, as well. We made use of the hotel shuttle and the valet and driver were both helpful, attentive and friendly. The receptionist at the front desk and our waiter at breakfast the next morning were equally nice. The hotel also has rather unusual, interesting and impressive decorations. It would be worth a visit, just to look around and enjoy them. All in all, I really couldn’t have hoped for a better stay.

Booked one of the Magnificent Seven suites. Got an early check in, gratis. On our first night there was a party in a nearby suite that was kind of loud. Mentioned it to the front desk and they knocked $250 off the bill for the disturbance. The Dragonfly restaurant is small and kind of eclectic, with good food and better service. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Dallas and I highly recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff, love the rooms, highly recommend this hotel, next time we visit we will stay in a bungalow.
