Memorable, Comfortable Luxury without Pretense
My team and I travel the world and the ZaZa is by far the most anticipated venue we visit each year. From the friendly service to the memorable and fascinating decor, ZaZa never fails to impress. The rooms are luxurious and eclectic, the moon pies each night are an indulgent treat and the bathrobes....let's just say we have purchased them as to only enjoy them a few days a year is not happening! I highly recommend this convenient, comfortable, curated spot. And Dragonfly is a great place to eat, drink and people-watch!

Best Boutique Hotel in the Uptown Dallas area
Great, easy to get to a location close to all the places you want to be. Very lovely property, excellent service from valet to check in, to housekeeping to Restaurants. Awesome and cool pool, spacious and comfortable rooms, Great food and many beverage options.

Reunion with the Girls!
This is my second time to stay in this enchanting hotel and it will not be my last. After a hectic trip through DFW airport and a ride through traffic, it is a treat to finally make it to this delightful place. The great antiques give you a feeling of faraway places while the smiling staff made you feel welcome, food was tasteful, long horn limo great fun, and thanks to the Manager Alex he has achieved all that and more. Hotel ZaZa is the standard in my opinion. Having stayed there now for two decades, the consistency of a wonderful experience is always there! From the Austin property to the Dallas property in recent years, Samara Atwood is an absolute saint! She has flawlessly accommodated not only the needs of myself, but countless clients and guests that I has hosted on property. Samara is an amazing host, and an amazing human being! I look forward to seeing her each time I am on property. She makes everyone’s day better with her authenticity and sheer willingness to serve the guests at ZaZa!
