Staying at Hotel ZaZa was a great experience for our team. We truly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere of the Hotel and that the location is priceless. The staff was kind, and super professional. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for our team.

Exceptional Wedding Experience at Hotel ZaZa — Thanks to Samara Atwood We hosted our wedding at Hotel ZaZa and could not have been more impressed with the entire experience. The venue is stunning, the service was top-notch, and everything ran incredibly smoothly. A huge part of that is thanks to our event coordinator, Samara Atwood, who was absolutely outstanding. She was organized, calm, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything seamlessly and made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free. Our guests even commented on how well-run and beautiful the event was, which is such a testament to Samara and the Hotel ZaZa team. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Hotel ZaZa to anyone considering hosting a wedding or special event — you’ll be in amazing hands.

We had our holiday party at Zaza this year and they knocked it out of the park per usual. Samara and her team were so incredibly helpful. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch. The holiday decor was impeccable and really brought the spirit of the holiday to life. The hotel rooms were wonderful and spacious! Will be returning!!

I organized a conference at the Hotel Zaza, culminating in a holiday party. Right off the bat, the service from the valet and front desk staff was impeccable. I got positive feedback from everyone about check-in and accommodations. Courtney McCord, our conference manager, was outstanding. The whole process was really. They were so accommodating to the guests and were attentive throughout the conference to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding. Having run and attended many events at hotels, the quality and flavor of the food was noticeably better than anywhere I have been. The AV team was flexible and understanding of last-minute needs and adjustments. Events never go as planned but when anything came up the F&B, AV, and conference teams jumped right in to make sure everything was perfect. My guests were also very impressed with the beds, pillows, and water pressure. These things seem silly but when you're away from home, those extra comforts really stand out. I can't wait to work with Hotel Zaza again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the service stayed consistently impressive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious, offering all the little comforts that make a trip feel special. Whether it was offering local recommendations or checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Alex’s professionalism and kindness truly elevated our stay.
