If your travels take you to the uptown Dallas area, I would wholeheartedly recommend you stay at the Hotel Zaza. This property has been my Dallas "go to" hotel for many years for business travel when my itinerary has me staying in town. I enjoyed another great stay at the Zaza a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. It is a very unique property, an "anti chain hotel" I would say. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed, and I've been fortunate enough to have been upgraded to their recently added Bungalowes on my last two stays. These are basically apartment size lodgings where more than 1-2 people can stay comfortably. The things I love about the Zaza: very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, well stocked mini bars and in room coffee, the Dragonfly restaurant and bar and of course, the service. From the bellmen to the front desk to the staff in the restaurant to the employees that deliver room service or ice, the Zaza staff "gets it". I especially wanted to give a shout out to one of the staff members, Chris Allonso. In the span of less than 90 minutes, Chris delivered ice to my room, a UPS package I needed to get my hands on, and a late room service lunch. Apparently the Zaza was a bit understaffed on my arrival day, and his energy level, professionalism and willingness to provide service was second to none. The hotel should hire many more Chris Allonsos for sure. I also had lunch in the Dragonfly before I left for the airport, and the bartender who took care of me recommended some menu items and took extra amazing care of me. If your budget permits, stay in one of the themed suites. They are incredible but not something i can usually take advantage of. Stay Zaza!!

Stayed for 3 nights for a business meet, Hotel itself is unique from lobby to rooms from its decor. Bit of dark lighting once passed lobby, great decor, paintings. Conference room setup was nice and great presentation gadgets, Wifi was great and served well with large group. Rooms are huge but then its Texas, everything is big in Texas ! Service was good, room has all amenities except for coffee machine (would like to have bed coffee) but Hotel has coffee lounge next to elevators on every floor.

Hotel ZaZa is a really hip hotel. The rooms are great and the hotel has a very cool vibe. It has a great conference center for meetings and all of the rooms are very nice. The restaurant in the hotel is great.

We booked this by recommendation from a friend for my wife and my 40th anniversary. We were blown away by the excellent service and amazing room! We especially appreciated Alexis Conlin for fixing us up with a room that met my criteria. When they ask if there's anything they can do to help prepare for your stay - take them up on it; they mean it! We ate at the Dragonfly - excellent food, but were the only one's in the dining room for 1/2 the meal. The bar area would have been fine. Fun around the pool and DJ were great too. We could sit on our balcony and watch the fun too. Thank you for a great day and night's stay! Excellent place for couples.

With the help of the ZAZA team I booked a last minute room for our anniversary. With my ZZip membership we had a delicious bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries waiting in our room. We spent the late afternoon at the pool where we had excellent service and a lovely time people watching and frolicking in the pool. That evening we had an awesome dinner at Rise No 1. and returned to the ZAZA DragonFly for more people watching and a delicious nightcap. The next morning we took the ZAZA ride to the Dallas Museum of Art for the special Frida exhibit. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Thank you!
