My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the ZaZa in Dallas. The location was pretty central to everything. We took advantage of the free hotel shuttle twice so as not to have to deal with parking in popular locations which was a huge perk. The Crescent (Nobu) and the Ritz are both walkable. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs our first night which was delicious. Definitely recommend it! Breakfast was just ok. Service at the restaurant was excellent both times. Speaking of which, I found all the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and courteous - especially valet. The room itself was very comfortable and had plenty of space. I requested a quiet room away from the elevator which I think was a good decision if the bits of confetti, crumbs, and beer caps that trailed from the elevator to various rooms in the morning were any indication. The hotel definitely attracts a party crowd. Which brings me to my only issue: we were awoken at 1am and 2:30am by guests who were having a little too much fun. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, I'd look elsewhere. But overall a good experience.

We love Hotel ZaZa, especially for special weekend moments! Each time we've been amazed with our experience. This weekend my wife and I celebrated a birthday, and once again the service was off the chain! If you've never been, make this your next destination. If you are returning and have not experienced one of the Magnificent's time! The professional care and customer first service is immediate the moment you arrive. Valet team is organized/punctual, the ever aware front desk staff friendly/sensitive to special requests, room service timely and Spa is a must. Special mention to Armando (bell desk), he moved quickly to assist throughout the weekend. Victoria is always amazing in overseeing our visits to the ZaSpa. Be sure to request Marcina and Magdalena for your massages...they are both fantastic. Usually we head to the Dragonfly for breakfast (great food and drinks), but this time opted for room service...arrived fast, warm and with a smile! Hotel ZaZa is perfectly located downtown, so much to enjoy within walking distance. Thank you to the entire staff of Hotel ZaZa for a wonderful time! Adam Fort and Alexis Conlin, your leadership continues to result in exceptional memories!

My hubby and I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa on our seventh anniversary trip. The staff and atmosphere here made helped make our weekend even more romantic and memorable. The staff were gracious and attentive at all times. They had our room keys ready and waiting so we had the fastest check in I've ever seen and we didn't wait even though there were a several others checking in at the same time. Our room was upgraded to the metropolitan room and it was gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious. Great shower, comfortable bed, quiet room. When we returned from dinner Saturday they had candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and wine waiting for us. We had drinks before dinner Saturday and brunch on Sunday at Dragonfly. Our bartenders were great and the restaurant is beautiful. The pool was closed for maintenance (we knew this before coming) but it is beautiful and I am looking forward to returning when we can enjoy Poolside also. Staying here was an awesome experience!

I highly recommend Hotel ZAZA for a girls weekend. Great service. Especially from Karina at the front desk and Joe the concierge. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was cool, trendy and delicious. Location was perfect for walking to other hot spots or a quick uber to shopping.

Poor value -- not worth the $ at all. If you wanted to build a "luxury boutique hotel" without spending the money, you'd copy the Za Za. They didn't clean the rooms well. There wasn't even a shower cap in the bathroom. And they had a DJ playing for NO GUESTS at the pool that kept us from sleeping. They should have warned us at checkin. Most of the staff were very friendly. When we politely made them aware of these problems they offered to take $70 of a $1400 bill. Ridiculous.
