Reviews for Hotel ZaZa Dallas
Very attentive staff. Interesting decor. Comfortable Rooms. Hotel cars which were readily available took us almost every place we needed to go. This will be at our hotel every time we go to Dallas. Very conveniently located near Nasher Outdoor Sculpture Museum, The opera house, and Meyerson Symphony Hall

A hotel Sunday-Thursday night- on the weekend, don't stay here if you want to sleep. The music is so loud from the bar downstairs by pool and it blares until 1:45 am...seriously, are you a club or hotel? If your room faces the front of hotel and you want to sleep, you should change rooms. Shame on management to not tell people when they check in and ask if they'd preferred a room at the back. Stay at Crescent Court or Le Meridien instead- they're actually hotels and not clubs...the worst part may be that if you complain, they don’t seem to care. Very disappointed.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience during our stay. The spa services were fantastic (and so relaxing!) and our room was lovely. We were stunned when we returned to the room after our dinner to find champagne, a birthday cake, and snacks waiting for us. My husband truly thought I went all out and I had to confess I had nothing to do with it! Please know how appreciative I am to everyone who made our stay such a wonderful experience. Considering this was from an expired gift certificate, I was so surprised at the level of service we received. As someone who works in the sales and service industry, I wanted to pass along my sincere gratitude and thank everyone involved for an absolutely lovely stay. I will tell everyone about it!

Stayed at Hotel Zaza with a girlfriend for a girls trip and LOVED IT!! Great comfortable rooms, fantastic pool and wonderful food and location. This was my first girls trip to Dallas and Zaza did not disappoint! We are not twenty something girls, but felt totally pampered and comfortable at the pool. Chic, not a singles scene and very relaxing. Didn't try the spa, but will on my next trip for sure.

We stayed here with another couple who found, booked the hotel... Hotel ZaZa would not typically be our first selection based mainly on the high cost; with that being said, we did really enjoy our stay here... I'm not going to knock the hotel for the cost as it does live up to being a high end hotel... From the moment we arrived the entire staff was friendly and courteous (even the maids were very friendly in passing)... They do offer a hotel shuttle that runs anywhere 4 miles from the hotel which was very useful and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area... The hotel décor and room were very nice and clean... The only complaint would be that it got extremely hot in our room, so we had to get up in the middle of the night to open our balcony window... Overall, I would probably would not visit this hotel again mainly just because it is a bit out of our comfort zone price wise when we travel; however, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Hotel ZaZa to anyone looking for a higher end boutique hotel in a great area of Dallas... Look into Bowen House for drinks, and Social House for Brunch that are close by...
