I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is very glamorous. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable the Furnishings in the room were impressive. The downside to this hotel is the staff being extremely snobby not giving one care about truly serving. The free limousine service was good about five miles out radius only. However the driver seem to be not enjoying his job very well and very unpleasant to the people staying at the hotel. The hotel pool closes at 7 p.m. so if you wanted to go swimming at night that was not possible. Turndown service was a delight most of the people I was staying with had received their chocolate and their water I however did not. turndown service was spotty at best

We came to Dallas to tour apartments and decided to splurge a bit and stay at Zaza as it was also my birthday weekend (November 2016). Michael made us feel like VIPs from the second we walked in the door. We had a fabulous room, a perfect dinner recommendation, and they even brought me a birthday cake! The onsite restaurant also had an incredible breakfast - I would absolutely recommend it. The entire Zaza staff, especially Michael, was a dream come true. We don't want to stay anywhere else the next time we're in town!

We were recommended Zaza by a friend from Australia & we were not disappointed! Whilst we were a party of 4 friends looking for some pre-conference R & R, we discovered on arrival that the pool was unfortunately closed. Very weary after a long trip, the Hotel Manager was nothing short of empathetic. She quickly took this on board & upgraded us to a magnificent Bungalow! We were thrilled! The Bungalow was just beautiful, filled with interesting artworks, photos & the most heavenly beds! We had 4 days of bliss & headed to our Conference fresh & well rested. The staff were amazing & so friendly (thanks Karina) & the bar was a really cool place for a night cap! We have told absolutely everyone we know about this fabulous Hotel. We WILL definitely be back & staying at Zaza!

I stayed here for several nights to attend a business seminar on site. The king room was large and roomy with fun artwork and decor throughout. The service at both the hotel and restaurant was warm, welcoming, and professional. The hotel is adjacent a beautiful neighborhood for a beautiful run or walk in the warm Dallas weather! The only recommendation I would make is to request top floor. I stayed on the third floor, and you could hear the people staying above me walking. Make sure that you try the on site restaurant!

I work for a high end 5 star hotel company (we don't have hotels in Dallas or Houston) and I just stayed at Zaza in both Dallas and Houston. I can't say enough about these fantastic hotels. Lollipops and Red hot tamales at the check in desk, changed out for granola bars in the morning. Rose wine at happy hour at the concierge desk. My room was huge in Houston with a balcony and patio furniture overlooking the pool area which is also amazing. In addition, the restaurant is really really good. From now on, whenever I travel if there is a hotel in the city, I will choose this terrific spot.
