Had the best experience at Dragonfly with my bartender Maddie! Great customer service! Thank you Alex and Jason for the hospitality! I hope their hospitality does not go unknown. I switched from The W to Zaza for this exact experience!!

This boutique hotel in the heart of "uptown" Dallas is strictly for young, hipsters. As an "older" person I found the hotel too dark, too noisy, too filled with young women in very short attire and had other issues during this most recent stay. It was not my choice to stay there, but since I was traveling with family, I really had no choice. I asked for a mat for inside the slippery tub (no, no grab bars) and they said they would send it up. No, never got it. The last night there, the phone rang at 4:00, 6:00 and 6:15 AM. That's enough to give anyone, any age, a heart attack. I spoke to the front desk after the last call and they said they would investigate, and put a "do not disturb" on our room. They were apologetic, but I never found out who was making the calls. The brioche french toast at breakfast was mediocre and at this trendy, upscale hotel I did expect it to be better. The staff are all very nice and try to be accommodating, but somehow they just miss their mark.

I was so excited to come back to Dallas and bring along 9 girlfriends this time. EVERYONE loved Zaza. It is an Experience to stay here, not just a nice place to sleep. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is very glamorous. The rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable the Furnishings in the room were impressive. The downside to this hotel is the staff being extremely snobby not giving one care about truly serving. The free limousine service was good about five miles out radius only. However the driver seem to be not enjoying his job very well and very unpleasant to the people staying at the hotel. The hotel pool closes at 7 p.m. so if you wanted to go swimming at night that was not possible. Turndown service was a delight most of the people I was staying with had received their chocolate and their water I however did not. turndown service was spotty at best

We came to Dallas to tour apartments and decided to splurge a bit and stay at Zaza as it was also my birthday weekend (November 2016). Michael made us feel like VIPs from the second we walked in the door. We had a fabulous room, a perfect dinner recommendation, and they even brought me a birthday cake! The onsite restaurant also had an incredible breakfast - I would absolutely recommend it. The entire Zaza staff, especially Michael, was a dream come true. We don't want to stay anywhere else the next time we're in town!
