We plan our vacations based on where Ritz Carlton properties are located and this was our first trip to this property as it coincided with a wedding. Up to now our favorite location was the Beach Ritz in Naples. We now have a new favorite! We had an ocean view room on the amazing club level. The service in the entire hotel was incredible and the offerings on the club level are unsurpassed. We enjoyed the spa and had two great massages. Food in the restaurants is excellent and while the food in the steakhouse is great the prices are absurd. The only objection we had was the chairs by the pool are very uncomfortable.

My husband and I just stayed here this past weekend. We have stayed here in the past with our children and it is always a wonderful stay. Perfect for a romantic or family stay. Beautiful resort, very clean and excellent staff. Great restaurants to choose from on site. Gorgeous views and just a short walk down a path to beach. Will definitely return!!

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. My room had balcony doors that overlooked the ocearn. I am giving this a 3 star rating because when I was checking out they charged me $100 for a parking fee. I live in Canada and flew to the U.S. so I did not have a car. Upon checking out the hotel staff said they would remove the charge off my account, but instead I just received my statement a month later and the charge is still there. It's a huge inconvience to sit on the phone long distance to try to resolve this hotel error.

Stayed here 5 nights. Pros. Gorgeous lobby. All the restaurants and food at pool are great. Especially love having breakfast at Raya. The views are amazing. Staff is very nice Beautiful running/walking trails around the hotel. Spa is wonderful. Had a massage and facial. Highly recommend both Cons Every day had to call down for shampoo face cloths and coffee and creamers I'm sorry we've stayed at other Ritz Carlton properties And never had this problem. After day 2 I stopped leaving housekeeping tips. Also the coffee maker. All other Ritz Carlton properties have Nespresso machines. Sounds silly but I think would be a great change. The beach situation is ridiculous They give out business card with a phone number to call for beach services but no one ever answers. There was a couple maybe in there early 70's stuck at the beach as they couldn't climb the hill Had a massage at 4. When I arrive for my appointment the girl behind the desk says. Your booked for a 60 min massage and we close st 5 so you won't be able to use the steam room etc Lol. Maybe when I booked appointment they should explain this then With few minor improvements this hotel could be amazing.

The best resort in my Trips to California of 14 days. Exllent service and good conditions. The lounge is really good. For desert time you could have many choice of wines and the bartender could give me surprise!
