Overall, it's clean and the swimming pool is really good. There is a 24-hour operation pool and a lagoon pool that is good to use when the sun is floating. The breakfast comes out a little different every day and it's delicious overall. The staff responded kindly and quickly.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. This is a beautiful place that still feels like you are in Vietnam as opposed to some big resorts which feel a bit soulless and impersonal. The pool and beach are some of the best I've ever had at a hotel, the staff are beyond helpful and rooms are great. The food was great especially the steak and seafood buffet. Plus the spa is excellent. Nothing not to like about this place.

We stayed for 11 nights in an Ocean Front Suite on the 4th floor with stunning views and it really was an amazing vacation from start to finish, we could not fault anything. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left it was 5 star! The room was lovely and spotlessly cleaned every day, the breakfast buffet, the seafood buffet and the Italian restaurant were all so good. If you needed anything at all, someone was on hand at all times to help, arranging day trips and recommending restaurants. It doesn't seem fair to only mention a couple of people as everyone went above and beyond to help us but Minh from front desk/concierge and Hieu who served us a few times in the restaurant were just incredible, unfortunately we didn't get everyone's name but nothing was too much trouble for anyone. As described, the hotel has it's own private beach which is spotless and an abundance of vacant sunbeds! The pool area was also very well maintained and the very friendly staff at the pool bar were always ready to serve a cold drink when needed. We are lucky enough to have travelled to a lot of places and stayed in some lovely hotels but this hotel and vacation was one of the best. We are so sad to be back home and hope to go back at some point, if you are looking for an amazing experience, you honestly will not beat this hotel.

I came to see the resort swimming pool, and the swimming pool is so pretty and the rooms are so clean! He cleans it every day, and he made it really neat, so I slept comfortably even though I was sensitive to sleeping! I recommend it to those who are clean and the swimming pool is important!
