The whole experience was great at first, as expected, until some incidents happened. The house we were staying in was under redecoration. Unbearable noise and pungent smell flew into our room. We contacted the reception right away and decided to go out. In a few hours, the manager called us to express apology for the mistake and willing to move us to villa. We accepted it and had even much more amazing time there. Despite of the situation that shouldn't have happened, the professional team still managed to take necessary measures and negotiate with the guests. Like their attitude showing no hesitation to take responsibility and turing a possible dispute into a wonderful answer. Give credits to the hotel and thanks to Dong, Angela and all those who helped us during the vacation.

We had a wonderful time here during the happy our. Thao was our server and he was amazing. He was constantly checking and helping us if we needed anything with such a great smile! The cocktails were amazing and all the foods were very high quality!!

I go to Barefoot to have dinner with family, and eat this meat platter. It was recommended by my server Uyen le. It's very suitable for 3, we really like it. Tham also goes around and meets our requests. Hope that we will have chance to come back.

I am writing to express my deep concerns about an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, I experienced unacceptable behavior from one of the staff members at Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. As a Vietnamese who has been living in Australia for over a decade, returning to Vietnam, especially Danang - my hometown, is always a sentimental experience. I was excited to celebrate my birthday at your resort, but unfortunately, my visit to the Art Gallery left me feeling unwelcome. On April 20th, 2024, I wanted to learn more about the talented architect Bill Bensley, who designed this exceptional resort in my hometown, but no information was provided to me. The lady at the gallery shop seemed to ignore me, perhaps assuming that I was Vietnamese and couldn't afford anything in the shop. She gave all her attention to a Korean family who were joining the Nature tour with me. I strongly believe that everyone, regardless of their nationality or background, deserves to be treated with respect and attention. As guests at the Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, we should all be welcomed and treated with the same level of care and attention. The staff's attitude is just as vital as the facilities provided. It's disheartening that racism occurred in this luxurious resort. I hope that all Vietnamese tourists, whether they are living overseas or in Vietnam, will not have the same experience as I did when they visit their hometown. Fortunately, despite some issues, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by some of your staff. I would like to mention a few names in particular. Firstly, Mrs. Anh at the Citron restaurant, who made an exceptional Banh Cuon dish that really impressed me. As an avid traveler, I have had the opportunity to experience a variety of hotels and resorts around the world, but it's often hard to find authentic traditional food. Mrs. Anh's cooking reminded me of the street food I enjoyed as a child. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Thao and Ms. Phuc from the Club, who took great care of me during my stay and made sure that I did not miss out on any benefits from the Club.
