In June we rested in this incredible hotel. Everything is at the highest level, food, service, cleanliness. And the views are just a fairy tale. The beach, the sea, sunbeds, service on the beach are simply royal. When we checked in, we were met by a charming Russian-speaking girl Zima. She told us very well everything about the hotel, about all the services that are available in the hotel. Zima made our vacation even better, she helped in all matters. We are very glad that we met such a beautiful girl and a professional in her work.

No doubt the best resort i have been lucky enough to stay … the modern tasteful decor is unrivalled in my opinion … lounge is cozy enhanced by friendly informative staff… Quality of liquor is premium as expected Rooms are well equipped with luxurious furnishing My only small issue would be regarding the outside bays in the citron restaurant, the areas are available on a first come served basis then after you are put on a waiting list , i witnessed three groups turning down the offer to move outside who were on the list … as they were already half way through there breakfast , i feel a better system somehow should be introduced to make the seating in this area more accessible.. Buggy service to the room and other services are well executed via an Ai app whichbwqs new to me from my last visit Many thanks to Jia yong chong for looking after my booking in the King panoramic suite And the big smiles and attentive service from lan vu

Spending a few lovely days at the Intercontinental Danang. Facilities and service is outstanding. It is. A perfect location to get away from the daily grind and recharge the batteries. We especially enjoyed the Club and the service provided by Lan Vu. She was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way our reservation was handled at this property. I attempted to cancel our booking made through Agoda, but the property refused to refund our money and stated that they would charge us a full night’s stay, despite our reservation being over 30 days away. I contacted Agoda and the property separately to explain our inability to travel to the property, but they still refused to refund our money despite our request and our reason. Their willingness to provide a courtesy refund is unacceptable for a hotel they claims to be 5*. This company appears to be driven by greed and a lack of regard for its customers. I am deeply disappointed with the way our situation was handled. For them to market themselves as a 5-star hotel, this situation has deeply disappointed us and demonstrates their disregard for their guests. I have visited numerous 5-star properties worldwide and have never encountered a property that outright refused to refund money, regardless of their “policy.” If you are looking for a hotel that will steal thousands of dollars from you in the name of their “policy” and have no regard for your situation, I strongly advise you to stay away from this establishment! Lastly, they charged our card on June 25th and it was suppose to be charged on June 26th, so I really had no time to cancel with them charging us a day earlier than I expected. I disputed this issue and was told it was because they are using Bangkok time zone. “What do you mean you are using a differ time zone from where I am located?” I was not made aware of this before my card is charged. Nowhere was it stated in my confirmation email that I would be charged a day ahead on my agreement with Agoda! I also never got an email that my payment was going to be taken out of my account since this was bookpay later booking, they are suppose to inform you when they will be drafting the Payment and they failed to send me an email about this. Shame on you Agoda and, Intercontinental Da Nang! This situation has left a bad taste in our mouth for this property. I do not recommend saying here if is how guest are treat their guest before even coming. Very fraudulent company!

This is the BEST resort I’ve stayed in. In fact, probably better than any of the Banyan Tree I stayed in. Hero welcomed us and checked us in at the club lounge. He gave detailed information about the resort. He was friendly and welcoming. You must stay in room types with club lounge access. I look forward to breakfast every day. The food and service is implacable! The Vietnamese pho with beef is so good and I finished the broth everyday. The French toast is like soufflé, soft on the inside and little crispy on the outside. Kay came by every morning to greet us and make sure we are well taken care of. Truong and Vu were attentive and helpful at every breakfast and afternoon tea. We loved the afternoon tea, it’s delicious and looked so pretty. Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the evening cocktail since we are either out or having dinner at their restaurants. All the restaurants within the resorts had great selection of food and enjoyed every dinner. All the F&B staff were attentive and professional. I’m in a wheelchair and the entire hotel team ie. buggy service, hotel reception took good care of me and provided assistance whenever needed since there were steps everywhere. In fact, there is no need to go out if you have seen Hoi An or Ba Na Hills. You can spend the entire time in the resort with food and activities provided. One feedback is the TV channel selections. I couldn’t find any news channels ie. CNA, CNN or BBC. It’s either local channels or movie channels. Not sure if it’s a case where I don’t know how to get to the news channels. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I look forward to coming back to this resort.
