Staff are amazing. The towels in the rooms could be newer and better and have more breakfast options.

Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. Upon arrival, I walked into a very nice lobby. However, the deodorizing scent was very strong. Perhaps they should consider those with asthma and allergies because that definitely is a trigger. The representative Loreal was obviously not in a good mood as she was curt and rude. The room was average, but the bathroom has been updated. There is no microwave in the room, but it does have a mini refrigerator. I called maintenance because the A/C wasn't cooling. He came promptly and had it working in no time. Beware, you should bring a fan because YOU don't control the A/C; it started getting warm around 2am. I was told by other conference attendees that all oceanfront rooms do not provide access to their room balcony. The best part of my room was the balcony overlooking the ocean! I loved sitting out there. It was breathtaking, serene, and calming. That alone made everything else bearable.

This hotel is beyond amazing!!! The staff is so kind and professional. After having a horrible experience at a hotel down the street, my husband and I went to the Shores looking for a hotel. Dianna at the front got us a beautiful room with a balcony and ocean view, we were provided complimentary champagne and felt so welcome. The pool and patio are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The bar was elegant and the staff was amazing. The food at the Azure restaurant was outstanding!!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! It EXCEEDED all our expectations!!! We would stay here anytime we are in town !

I will just be completely transparent about our experience and let you decide the importance of the review. Please keep in mind while reading this review the cost of our stay for 4 nights was 1194.00 Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly employee who was helpful and welcoming. I wish I had gotten her name. Maybe you can look at the time we arrived and see who was on duty. Our first impression of our room was good. However, after a few minutes we noticed that someone’s razor had been left in the shower and there was fresh blood on the bathroom floor near the toilet. When showering, we noticed the towel rack in the shower was repaired with duct tape! Several light fixtures in the room/bathroom are rusted and in need of replacement. Beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony and the view it provided us daily during our visit. We checked in on Wednesday afternoon. By the end of the day on Thursday, our room had never been cleaned and was not cleaned at all that day. We let the front staff know and they stated that should not have happened and they would notify housekeeping. We left the property for the day on Friday and when arriving back around 3:30 the room had not been cleaned. However, several rooms on our floor including ours had the doors wedged open which appeared as if they were cleaning. However, the cleaning cart was down the hall and no one was around much less cleaning the room at the time. We were very uncomfortable that rooms with personal belongings would be left open with no one inside or in sight. Again, we notified the front desk that rooms were open and unattended. Our room did get cleaned late in the day. After leaving our room on Saturday, we came back and none of our keys to the room would unlock the door. We had 3 keys on three different people, so not sure why that happened. When we called for assistance we were told we would have to come down to the lobby. No one offered to first let us in our room before resolving the issue. During our stay we did enjoy the lobby area and quick access to the beach. The staff at the Tiki Bar was not responsive. We checked out on Sunday.

Every year we stay here we are happy, CONSISTENTLY really clean, comfortable, friendly, we have no complaints!! The place smells amazing, the bar is fabulous, great location 👍🏾… I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We haven’t tried the spa but have had food at the bar and it was great..
