Really great atmosphere, Kaylee was our bartender at the Beach club, some of the best service I’ve ever gotten, she really knows her stuff!

BUZZING ELECTRICAL PROBLEM in room 325 and hallway
We checked in after calling and reconfirming with AMEX Platinum for a king room with early check in. We got there and they said there are no kings available. Then the manager said wait "I'll unblock a room" they checked us into room 325. I had a bad feeling after walking by a large electrical room that it was next door to. We didn't get back until late at night. At 11:00 PM there was a humming noise in the room that was awful. It was in the hallway too coming from the electrical room. The desk said no one can help us. I called back downstairs and at midnight they moved us into a queen handicapped room. I told the manager the next day he should comp that night. He refused. I finally got 20 percent off. He refused to give me my Amex $100 credit or my 30 per night Marriott convoy credit. This used to be a great hotel. The managers WERE AWFUL. They were dismissive. This room should not have ANY hotel guest in it They also DID not give us out $100 AMEX credit for the stay or the $60 Marriott Bonvoy credit. They said they were unable to.

Breakfast here at The Venetian Street bar was delicious!! Lou was our server and he did a wonderful job. He was friendly, fast, and great. Stop by this place for a wonderful breakfast!
