Best place to stay in Florida the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. Look for Eddie at the hotel and Juan at the beach club. They will treat you right.

Such a great beach club! The staff is so attentive, the drinks are delicious, and overall just a wonderful experience. Special shout out to Juan at the beach club, he was so funny and helpful while we were here. Give him a raise!!!

My review is just for Eddie Negron. He is an excellent greeter who understands customer service, and also the value of his position. Good job, Eddie!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another beautiful stay at one of our favorite places. We travel often with our kids and have stayed at some incredible properties around the world, but this place truly feels like our home away from home. A special thank you to Eddie Negron—he was wonderful! The kids loved him so much they started calling him “Uncle Eddie.” Both drivers were fantastic throughout our stay. The private pool rooms are peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. And, as always, the Beach Club is our favorite. Luxury, privacy, and genuinely warm service. We can’t wait to come back. ✨

My experience with Eddie Negron at The Seagate in Delray Beach was so exceptional that I felt compelled to recognize him. Eddie is one of the most remarkable hospitality professionals I have ever encountered. From the moment he greets you, he makes you feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and at home. His warmth and compassion are not rehearsed—they are simply part of who he is. What impressed me most was Eddie’s extraordinary ability to understand his guests. He seems able to recognize what someone might enjoy simply by speaking with them and paying attention. His restaurant recommendations were personalized, thoughtful, and absolutely perfect for me. Every suggestion was spot-on. Eddie does far more than provide excellent service. He creates a connection, makes people feel cared for, and transforms an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable experience. Employees like Eddie are rare, and he represents the very best of The Seagate and Marriott hospitality. I sincerely hope hotel leadership and Marriott formally recognize Eddie with an award or other meaningful acknowledgment.
