Incredibly poor responsiveness to an incorrect charge to our account.
A nice hotel we were told. And initially it was nice. However, upon our departure there was an incorrect room charge of $46.01. We were told it would he handled and our credit card reimbursed. Almost two months later now and a dozen calls- nothing has been resolved. Very unprofessional! We spent nearly $2000. and this is not the customer service treatment we deserve.

Best Hotel in Delray
First time in Delray Beach and we were so pleased we picked the Seagate. The location of the hotel is perfect, being that it is close to the beach but also walkable to the main part of Atlantic Ave with all the restaurants and shops. I preferred being set in a more peaceful part of the strip. The beach club is great and so is the pool. Joseph the bartender at the pool bar literally made me the best Bloody Mary I had ever had! Breakfast was delicious at the Gate and the new Bourbon Steak restaurant in the hotel was stunning. Delray needs more restaurants like that with a bit more sophistication. This hotel offers an elevated Delray Beach experience that I would be happy to experience again!

I come to the Seagate five times a year and really enjoy it. They have a shuttle service that takes you around Delray Beach. Rick, Tommy and all the others are the best

Beautiful beach property
Beautiful hotel in a great location, but falls short of five star service. The phones do not work, so while there is a shuttle supposedly available, there is no way to call and request it. When you go to the pool, no one greets you with towels or cleans up old towels off of previously used loungers. Not the worst thing but expect better for the price and billing as a resort. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beach is walkable, about 10-15 min. Service at the cafe/breakfast restaurant is wonderful. Sondre was especially attentive and made our breakfasts excellent. Peter at the valet was also great.
