I had an amazing Seagate spa day and the BEST massage by Johnson! He is absolute perfection as a masseuse, sooo nice and thoughtful, and I will request him on a regular basis for all my massages from now on!

The Gold Standard in Delray Beach
After staying at several other hotels in the Delray Beach area over the past few years, we decided to stay at The Seagate Hotel & Beach Club this trip after hearing that Tom Lemin had joined the team. That alone made us want to give The Seagate a try, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the moment we arrived, every expectation was exceeded. The Seagate is truly a five-star experience in every sense. While Tom was the reason we initially booked, what impressed us most was that the outstanding service extended far beyond one person. Every interaction throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk team, valet staff, bartenders, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and the entire Beach Club team were consistently warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. There honestly are too many people to mention by name because every single employee made us feel like valued guests. What really stood out was the culture of the resort. Exceptional service wasn’t limited to one department, it was evident everywhere we went. It’s clear that management has built an incredible team that takes pride in delivering an unforgettable guest experience, and it shows in every detail. To Tom Lemin, thank you for making us feel so welcome and for introducing us to what will now be our home away from home in Delray Beach. And to everyone at The Seagate Hotel & Beach Club, thank you for an unforgettable stay. We have officially found our hotel in Delray and are already looking forward to our next visit. Absolutely not five star
This hotel is not 5-star. It is a 3-star hotel, on a good day. It is located in a great location, but the beach club is a drive down the road. The hotel itself feels very outdated/worn and unclean. They attempted to somewhat disguise that using pretty furnishings and decor, and at times, finishes. The walls between the rooms are paper thin. You can hear the person next to you talk, cough, etc. The quality of the food outlets is subpar and again, not cleanly or new.
