I would absolutely recommend The Seagate Hotel to a friend, family member, or business associate without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay reflected excellence. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful décor, an elegant atmosphere, and a signature fragrance that creates a warm, luxurious first impression. What truly distinguishes The Seagate is its exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, respectful, courteous, and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding service. There was never a request that went unanswered, and every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. Our experience began with Ryan, who checked us in. He was warm, professional, and efficient, setting the tone for what would become an exceptional stay. Peter, our bellman, graciously escorted us to our room and handled our luggage with care. We especially appreciated his willingness to assist with hanging our clothing in the closet, an unexpected personal touch that reflected The Seagate’s commitment to outstanding service. A special thank you to Eddie Alexander, our concierge, who was nothing short of exceptional. We spoke several days before our arrival, and he patiently helped us create a wonderful itinerary for the weekend. Knowing we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, Eddie went above and beyond to ensure he felt celebrated throughout our stay. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care made our weekend truly memorable. The breakfast we enjoyed at the hotel was outstanding. The food was exceptionally fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. On our second morning, Mehmet provided outstanding service. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to answer our questions while ensuring we had everything we needed for an enjoyable dining experience. The hospitality team was equally impressive, responding promptly to every request, including toiletries and other accommodations, ensuring our stay was comfortable from beginning to end. I would also like to recognize Matt and the entire Transportation Team. Their service was impeccable. They transported us to the hotel’s private beach, several local restaurants, and venues where we enjoyed watching the World Cup. What impressed us most was their reliability. Whenever we were ready to return, all it took was a quick call to the hotel, and Matt or another member of the transportation team promptly arrived to pick us up. This seamless service allowed us to relax and enjoy our weekend without ever worrying about transportation. The Seagate Hotel exemplifies what true hospitality should be. Every department worked together seamlessly to create a first-class experience, and every team member made us feel genuinely cared for. It is rare to find a hotel where excellence is so consistent across every area of service. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Ryan, Peter, Eddie Alexander, Mehmet, Matt, and the entire Seagate team for making our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

The Seagate is the absolute best!!! I had a problem with my mobility after surgery and the general manager, Alex and the entire staff went out of their way to help me get around and made sure I was safe. The room was gorgeous as well as the lobby and all the public areas. We had massages in the spa, fabulous! The steakhouse best I've ever had and the staff was magnificent I know this sounds too good to be true but would never stay anywhere else in Delray except the Seagate! Best stay ever! Thank you for everything!
