Commendation for Exceptional Guest Care
I’d like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Seagate team for their outstanding hospitality during my recent stay for the Catapult Retreat. I arrived late in the evening and was searching for a vegetarian dinner option, only to realize the menu didn’t list any. Eddie Alex immediately stepped in with genuine care and professionalism. He collaborated with the kitchen to prepare a warm, delicious vegetarian panini and fries — and arranged for it to be delivered as in‑room service. This thoughtful gesture made me feel seen, valued, and truly welcomed after a long day of travel. Eddie exemplifies what exceptional guest experience looks like. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond reflect beautifully on your team and the culture you’ve built. I look forward to returning to the city and hope to see Eddie again on my next stay.

All of the staff at the seagate are so friendly and helpful. We love coming each year and seeing familiar faces. Jimmy, Ron, etc are all terrific.

The perfect winter spot
We stayed two weeks at the Seagate hotel and it was fabulous! We’ve stayed here before but they’ve redone the lobby and the rooms and it’s really beautiful. The beach club is a great asset - they set everything up for you and the dining there is top rate. David, the manager, made all our arrangements and couldn’t have been more helpful. He made our stay a true “vacation”.
