The Seagate Hotel & Spa

The Seagate hotel and Beach Club is wonderful. Staff at the hotel, including valet, front desk and Ron, and Juan at the Beach Club… not to mention everyone we’ve met so far, ate top notch. Juan says they just want everyone to be happy. Beautiful, clean, pleasant, idyllic…🥰

Seagate Beach Club is fantastic. Dan’s top flight beach drink service is unbeatable. Best server!!! Covers the whole beach with grace and ease. Ask for Dan.

Dan was fantastic at the Seagate Hotel Beach Club. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. His positive attitude and great service truly elevated our experience. If you’re lucky enough to have Dan as your server, you’re in great hands!

Great location and nicely appointed rooms. That is where the positives end. I have NEVER experienced such poor service. This was especially surprising given the price point. We were unable to check in on the first day until 6 pm due to a maintenance issue, which no one told us about from the moment we checked in at 10 AM. Since we didn't have a heads up or estimated time that we could check in, we ended up missing our dinner plans bc we were not able to get ready. Sure, things happen. But be transparent with your guests!!! Some days we had turn down service, other days we didn't, one day we did but they only turned down one bed and left the pillows on the other - when I addressed this with the manager, he was a bit combative and all he did was doubletalk. There was also an error on our bill - they charged us for something from the mini bar which we did not consume. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of their front desk. This simple task turned into a three day ordeal, because finally after getting through I still did not receive the credit even though they said they adjusted it (clearly they did not). When I asked to finally speak with a manager three days later, he made the most condescending and snarky comments - he scoffed at the nominal amount of the item of they item they charged us for. After spending over a week and tens of thousands at this property, to receive such a rude, unhelpful, and inappropriate comment from the "manager" was absolutely absurd. To ownership - get your staff some much needed professional training!!!! They have no clue what is going on at that property and have tremendous attitudes. If you are trying to be an upper upscale / luxury property your service better reflect it. I would truly rather pay 3x and stay at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach or the Boca Raton, where the service is impeccable and matches the price point. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
