The Seagate Hotel & Spa

Writing here specifically about Pool site service at the Beach club … super intensive service, great place to relax and well maintained. Call out to Juan at Beach Club for constantly being on top of ensuring service impeccable.

We just came back from a two night stay at the Seagate and it was amazing. Stayed here a number of years ago and don’t remember the property and rooms being as nice or the staff as welcoming and pleasant. From the moment we arrived until the time we left everything was perfect. Jimmy bates at the valet gave a great first impression of what we should expect. Pleasure speaking with him. Eddie the lead concierge was probably the best one we have ever encountered at a resort. Fantastic personality and he sent us a totally unnecessary but greatly appreciated treat to the room. He’s a true attribute to the hotel. Marie and Sandrey at the Gate were the perfect way to start the day. Very personable and excellent service for breakfast. Dave at the front desk is a pleasure and handles his job in a professional manner and is another attribute to the Seagate. The beach club is a true gem. The bartenders were also great with the drink making which the took pride in and were very personable . All of the employees were excellent and provided for a great experience but unfortunately don’t remember everyone’s names. Can’t wait to go back and as a marriot platinum member very happy this is now part of the Marriot family

Absolutely superb stay. The whole team, from arrival thru check out were fantastic and, the facilities were great. Big shout out to the guys in The Gate cafe and, the Seagate Beach Club, particularly Marie and Sandrey who are a credit to the organisation from the customer experience we witnessed from them both

Home from Delray and our stay at the Seagate. I can't wait to go back! We encountered so many great staff members in our stay. From Juan at the beach club (thanks for the olives), Josefa on the pool deck, Sophie and Dan on drink patrol on the beach, Lukas on beach set up, Joseph at the Venetian bar and of course Austin at the side desk in the lobby-everyone made our stay amazing! The rooms are great, love the daily bottled water, the shuttle to the beach or a restaurant made getting places easy! If you want to stay at a place that is within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants, come to the Seagate!!!

The restaurant was great. Our waiter was Oz. He was amazing. Food was very good. Hotel is nice. Great location. Would highly recommends.
