My Credit Card was re-billed 6 months after the stay and I can’t seem to get the charge refunded.
I am writing this review because I have encountered a problem that I have never had to deal with before, and I travel quite a bit. I stayed at the Seagate in December, 2025. The stay itself was nice. SIX MONTHS after completion of the stay, Seagate re-billed my credit card for the cost of the stay, which was paid in full when I checked out. I immediately called the hotel (twice) and was told that they did did not re-bill my credit card. I was literally looking at the charge. I contacted y credit card company, Chase Sapphire Reserve, who explained that since the charge was still “pending” I would have to wait until it was final to dispute it. Within a few days the charge did indeed become final. Chase then explained that the only way to dispute the charge was to obtain a new credit card. I was hoping to avoid this option since I have quite a few accounts linked to the card. I called Seagate again was fortunately was connected to Jonathan, the front desk supervisor. He looked into the issue and several days later was able to confine that my card was erroneously charged and that it was a mistake on their part. He said that he would work on getting the charge refunded. In subsequent conversations he has stated that the charge is in the process of being refunded. I am now 23 days post erroneous charge and it remains on my credit card account. This is truly the most perplexing, outrageous and frustrating hotel billing error I have ever encountered. I really don’t know if there is some form of internal theft going on or if it is just complete and utter incompetence. I am at my wit’s end. Please do not stay at this property.

The best stay!
Had the best experience staying here! The rooms were clean, big and updated. The staff were all so helpful and nice. Shoutouts to Joseph and Juan especially who made our experience so pleasant. The pool with cabanas was a nice touch as well. Love delray and love the seagate hotel! We will be back.

10/10 Stay at the Seagate
The Seagate beach club exceeded our expectations for our baby moon getaway. The service was amazing and really made this a relaxing and easy trip to unplug. A special shoutout to Juan for his kindness and hospitality! We can’t wait to come back
