A decrepit dilapidated monstrosity of an eye sore that stood still from the 80s Awful
Our family almost had a nightmare of a vacation the place is not anywhere close to advertised, unkept , dirty place with a malodorous smell that greets you at check in empty fish pools around the check in that were left to their own devices , that alone was a red flag , check in took 40 mins trying to pacify us with awful drinks , once we got to the room it isn’t what we requested nor what we were told we would have zero view , the room had a musty smell of an old dungeon a Khatskomb filled with mummys , the decor was all from the 70s. The bathroom just antiquated and tiny. We has booked for a night they tried to play mind games with us , our 4 year old cried all night just wanting to go home almost ruining his first beach vacation . We decided to check out following day as it was going to be a nightmare . We had prepaid a week in full and they forcefully refused to give us our deposit . If you are looking for a Halloween nightmare on Diani beach that’s the place for you not a 5 star not even a 1 Star just a run down malodorous edifice , better resorts on Diamond for that price range in my travel days I spent time in Hostels that are more elegant than this crumbling monstrosity. A bait and switch property shady management . We would never stay there if it were for free . Other than that just a Beauty , NOT!!

Amazing Stay at Diani Reef! 🌊✨
I had a wonderful experience at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless with stunning ocean views, and the food was fresh and delicious. The beach location is perfect, peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The beach was so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. I had such a great time and would definitely love to come back again! 💙

Amazing Experience
Right at the point of arrival, the team was committed to ensure a smooth check-in for the whole team. The meals were amazing and so were the rooms and the conference facilities. The beach view and proximity is breathtaking and convenient. They have beautiful pools especially one for team building which can accommodate anyone (swimmers and non-swimmers). I would like to particularly appreciate Purity A. for always checking up on us and asking about our welfare. Looking forward to the next visit.

My one Week experience at Diani Reef and Spa
The hotel has very good and hostipable staff, Particularly Purity Adagala.The rooms are spacious and well kept,l really enjoyed my stay for the one week, Anyone visiting Diani l would prefer you visit Diani Reef and Spa Hotel.
