My appreciation to Dianireef staff for making my holiday memorable,kudos to the chefs good job,room steward who was cleaning our room ,the restaurant staffs with the good service and smiles, Donna made our memorable her smile,her approach was professional and so caring,also thanks to Hamadi he made sure we had evening tea, Judith, Emily and Isaac, and Joseph reservation,we will come back again.

Being my first time here,I was warmly received by Eunice at the reception During the stay Donnah and Judith(Trainee) were always helping out with smiles 😊. Food was awesome 😎 chefs -Bravo!!! WiFi in my room(4058) was however not stable.

Breakfast and dinner very good,rooms very large and cosy,staff very professional,however rooms mosquito infested, some work needed on lunch varieties.Some general maintenance work needed on terraces ,looks old.Kids pool very limited ,kids play room,coco room looks pathetic,shady and everything falling away,urgent intervention needed. All in all it was a really good place to be

The staffs are lovely and very welcoming. Had a surprise for my sister which was well executed, she really liked it. The room are beautiful and well organized with a beautiful beach view. ft David, Charles, Bernard, Darlene, Chef Ali

My first experience in diani Woow the view of the ocean was nice,beach was clean and easy to access,the rooms are clean but no hot water, food was good though limited and not friendly to the kids, evening tea also snacks no variety.staff every good we loved their services we would love to acknowledge the lady at the restaurant her smile,appearance and service perfect (Donnah)also Hamadi,Fred and soulyne also thanks for the good service, Please work on hot water and the restaurant chairs course are not up to standard.thanks to you all .
