Even before stepping inside, the hotel’s iconic silhouette and setting immediately convey a sense of prestige and architectural brilliance. Inside, everything reflects a commitment to excellence — from the grand interiors and meticulous design details to the seamless organization of spaces. Despite its scale and fame, the atmosphere remains calm, refined, and remarkably well managed, which is impressive for such a landmark property. Service was outstanding throughout the visit. The team demonstrated professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality, making every interaction feel effortless and well coordinated. Attention to detail was evident at every touchpoint, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation for world-class standards. What stood out most was the way luxury here feels purposeful rather than excessive. Every element seems thoughtfully designed to support comfort, privacy, and a smooth experience — even during a busy business schedule. Warning, do not stay here as it will ruin your future Accommodations. No wonder it’s said that Burj Al Arab is rated at seven star hotel. Everything from the front door to you leaving the property is just amazing. You may cry leaving this resort, the staff and managers all at the best and beyond and above your expectations 🙏

Amazing accommodation, as always—we had a truly wonderful stay. Our butlers took exceptional care of us, making everything feel effortless and personalized. Victoria at the front desk ensured a smooth and seamless experience from the very beginning. Claudia from Guest Relations personally came to greet us the following day when she was on duty, which was such a thoughtful touch. Rutik Aher at breakfast went above and beyond, taking excellent care of us and being especially mindful of my allergies. Krishan Agarwal from in-room dining delivery was equally attentive, always ensuring food was handled separately with no risk of cross-contamination—something we deeply appreciated. The concierge team was incredibly helpful in arranging all our excursions, making everything easy and stress-free. Overall, a 110/100 experience. We will absolutely be back soon. InshaAllah

Best hotel i have ever stayed. Hermes amenities, beautiful view,friendly staff, everything was so perfect. My kids absolutely enjoyed in the pools. I was surprised that how beautifully they decorated the room and provided us the cake for my sons birthday without being asked.. Breakfast was so delicious. Staff was very respectful. Couldn’t find a single fault. This hotel is designed so differently and it is worth every penny penny. Will definitely visit again .
