Very Impressed
Wow! My wife talked me into staying at this hotel on our first trip to Dubai, and I am very grateful for it. Impressive service and staff, special attention to details, and every guest. The room was, _ _ _, best way I can describe it is WOW! Our room came with breakfast, which I wasn't too impressed with considering the cost, but everything else was top notch.

Outstanding service and overall experience
We had a truly exceptional stay at the Burj Al Arab. Having stayed at several Jumeirah properties before (with mixed experiences) and in a number of ultra-luxury resorts worldwide, I can confidently say that the Burj Al Arab stands in a category of its own. The interiors may not reflect contemporary design or my personal taste, but there’s no denying that every detail is executed with absolute top-tier quality. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the unparalleled service and attention to detail. From the moment we were picked up to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, the team ensured we were consistently cared for. Special thanks to Anaëlle from Guest Relations, the butlers, and the wider team, who were always proactive and accommodating—whether arranging dinner reservations or a buggy ride to the nearest beach. The F&B offering also deserves mention: from breakfast to dinner at SAL, the food and service were outstanding. Everything was fresh, recommendations were thoughtful, and even off-menu requests were handled seamlessly. This combination of service excellence, culinary quality, and flawless hospitality makes Burj Al Arab a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Wonderful experience!
Great experience! Enjoyed every minute! We stayed two days and we loved it More than I imagined, not the luxury side, the service side, so much better than I expected. The staff were so attentive, polite and respectful. No pressure, I felt respected, welcomed, cared. The tour around the other hotels and resorts was wonderful too. The boat tour was so lovely. The walking around was peaceful and pleasant. The buggy service was great. Everywhere was beautiful!
