Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

There are many beautiful hotels in Dubai, but the Burj Al Arab offers a truly unique experience in the world. Every detail is carefully thought out, and the service is worthy of a genuine 7-star rating. Everything is perfect, from the welcome to every moment spent in the hotel. An experience that made our stay unforgettable.

Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow (one wow for every of the 7 stars that the hotel deserves). I just moved to Dubai and my UK friends gifted me a spa treatment at the Talise spa. I’ve never before set foot in the hotel and I was almost speechless. I’ve never ever been somewhere so special and opulent and luxurious. It took my breath away. Spa treatments were wonderful (thanks Jenni from Thailand) and special mention to Sofia from Kenya who was the pool lifeguard who was very chatty and friendly and eager to make me have a wonderful experience. I found my new happy place just out of this world .

I cannot put into words our experience at Burj AL Arab. From the second we arrived in the lounge and escorted to our waiting Rolls Royce Phantom where my wife was presented with a beautiful bouquet of roses. 30 minutes later we glided up to the hotel and were greeted by name by smartly dressed waiting valet staff. Easy 10 minute check in and we were done. Our suite was not ready as it was only 10 am but we were shown to Sal beach club where we could relax by the amazing infinity pool until our suite was ready. An hour or so later we were taken to our suite on the 22 floor. This is where we were left speechless. It was the biggest, most luxurious suite I have ever seen. Entering through the door we were greeted with a huge hallway with huge chandelier then a sitting room and massive lounge on to bar area and dining table for 8 people, loo and kitchen. Up the staircase into a business centre with desk and PC. Then into the bedroom. The bed must have been a king size king bed it was enormous and so comfortable. Then a dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi bath shower both absolutely huge. The whole suite had floor to ceiling windows giving us spectacular views across Dubai ant the sea. We had dinner sat outside at Sal which was delicious (lamb chops and chicken empanada) After a wonderful nights sleep we had a fantastic breakfast sat outside looking over the sea. To sum up this was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel is out of this world the staff were another level to anything I have ever experienced. Thank you so much Berj Al Arab.

Staycation is definitely worth it! Amazing staff, esp Jule from Al Arab hotel and Dip from Summersalt! They made sure our stay is remarkable!

Overall very good experience, definitely beyond what you would normally expect in terms of service and speed of service. A true class of its own. Gym is slightly outdated but we have been reassured that it will undergo transformation within the next year. We are looking forward to our next stay.
