I have extensive experience with this hotel; however, on this occasion I was disappointed by the conduct of the security staff. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and not in line with the standards expected of a hotel of this level. The way they communicated with guests was impolite and inappropriate, which resulted in a very unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend that hotel management carry out a thorough inspection and review of all security staff behavior, including proper training in customer service and professional communication, to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests.

My wife and I travel all over the world and stay in 5 star hotel and we have never experienced a hotel on the level of the Burj Al Arab. Simply put, it was heaven. The defining characteristic of the hotel is the impeccable service. Nothing is ever ignored. Your suite has a butler. When you go to meals, the staff watches you closely and does not miss a beat. And the service is friendly but not intrusive. And if you ask for anything it is provided immediately. The level of privacy is remarkable. The hotels sits on an island and non-guests are not admitted. This attracts the top sports figures and celebrities such as tennis champion Yannick Sinner who was seated near us at breakfast two days in a row. Consistent with the hotel tradition, no one bothered him or asked for selfies/authographs, etc. He was able to enjoy himself like a regular person. The hotel is not only private but exclusive. The number of guests, unlike the Atlantis properties on Palm Island, is very small so the hotel has a peaceful environment. The Atlantis properties by contrast seemed to pack into thousands of people many of whom were not guests. The difference in atmosphere was striking - private club vs cattle call. The suite was remarkable. It was two floors and incredibly lavish and huge. Views were jaw dropping and it had every amenity you could want. Our butler Ashraf was terrific. He provided top notch service. We will ask for him again when we return. I cannot point to a single thing in this hotel that was not perfect. I would return in a heartbeat. To me, this is the world’s greatest hotel. Finally, a big thanks to our fantastic travel agency, David Eisen at LuxRally Travel, for recommending the hotel. It earns its self-described title as the world’s only seven star hotel.

This place is the best if what you are looking for is flawless service and highest level of service possible. Mina my butler has taken care of me around 4 different reservations this year alone and he is the best. Probably one of the main reason i return to Burj. Jules at the front desk management handle my account directly and i could not be more grateful. He is just wonderful and accommodating. Lastly but definitely not least is Samer, evening reception desk. He is always positive energy and welcoming. All the staff at Burj are what makes this hotel apart from all the others. I look forward to my return.
