Thanks to Ms. Naila and reception team for arranging the best possible room for us! Thank you to the pool and restaurant staff for great service and being so friendly with our kids! And finally, thank you to Mr. Youssef and Mr. Shahid for a super smooth check out experience with arranging a buggy tour around the property, during which we enjoyed the surroundings as well as a horse riding tour for our daughter. Mella Desert Palm. A very luxurious restaurant, great service from the restaurant staff especially, Mary, Beljo ,Janeth and will wonderful view specially polo match I enjoyed the sunset my wife like the place …………….. 🎈❤️👍. We will come back again

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Melia Desert Palm. The hotel is situated in a peaceful environment, at a 20 minutes taxi ride from Dubaï. All the staff are kind and treat you as a guest, they do the maximum so that you feel comfortable (a special thank to Amina for her help and advice in French). We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool, and I must say it was incredibly beautiful and clean, like the photos in the hotel website. Breakfast is served à la carte and was delicious. In the evening, we were enjoying the happy hour at the Red bar and had dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants, with a magnificent view of the Dubaï skyline. The directors of Melia group can be proud of the Melia Desert Palm team; we will definitely come back to enjoy their kindness and professionalism again!
