Stephan was amazing, help us with our luggage and any questions we had. Also helped us with our baggage and check out by sorting out a taxi for us! Very friendly and helpful I will defo be back and will be recommending to my friends and family as the service here is amazing !

Very kind sevice, especially from housekeeping (sunny!) and also the frontdesk. Was here for a business trip . Nice house, maybe a little to small gym - but for me it was fine & 24h opened. Breakfast with very good service, especially from the guy at the egg station

Arkam and Danish from concierge great guys, helped us a lot about everything. Hotel and serveice are perfect, highly recommended dukes the palm . Our stay was wanderfull outstanding service and hospitality . See u guys soon we will back soon for sure

amazing holiday here at dukes the palm. enjoyed every second all the staff were lovely and helpful!! the daily housekeepers were so amazing as well (didn’t get their names). will 100% stay again when i next travel to dubai. the food at the hotel was very nice and the rooms were lovely!! the beach is where most days were spent or by the pool and the staff made sure you’re all okay. loved this place i definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come dubai. (stayed for 10 days)
