Lovely refurb and hotel is very convenient. The staff are some of the best I’ve met. Mounir on the door was everyday extremely helpful, offering assistance and genuine care, suggestions on best way to get around. He is an excellent asset! Always a genuine warm welcome back at the end of a long day. Also Ousman on the door when I left helped me with the bags when leaving and gave a warm departure. Thank you both! Only downside I found is the bedding. I would love a more luxurious duvet and bedsheets. But everything else was super!

Martha Isurus is amazing! Very personable, kind and clever lady… she works in housekeeping and aspires to be management… from my interactions with Martha… I can safely say the Fairmont are lucky to have her… I wish you the get best of luck in your career Martha!

The room cleaning was good and nice I enjoyed the stay in the hotel with good view to sheik Zayed rood ...the room attendant from housekeeping was good Pranay and Manisha are excellent staffs congrats to the housekeeping squad who made the room like like paradise

Huge rooms, friendly staffs and good facility. This establishment is situated at the heart of Dubai where you can see the busy famous Sheikh Zayed road. It was a pleasant stay with friends and a memory that I will forever cherish. We had fun all night. The breakfast area was a but secluded though but it was all good.

Nice service and quick response ,just a call away and they are there. Staffs are very reaponsible and proactive,willness to exceed expectation. Mr Olawole was quick and he is a cheeful person,very caring. Thank you my brother,good one. See you again
