It's a wonderful trip for me and my husband , we arrive earlier than arrival time, they manage to prepare the room ready for me, it's a great help after a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they suggest me the local restaurants which is delicious and value for money, the location is quite central close to bar street and burj khlefha where all the local restaurants around, the apartment is spacious and spotless, I was told just refurnished recently. Highly recommended. From the moment we checked in, the service was 5 star. The staff are friendly, courteous, extremely helpful, and very professional .All the staffs were very attentive to us, top hospitality attitude! Highly recommend to come here for a stay! They also do provide great amenities for guests to use during their stay! Would definitely come back. Thank you to those that served me and my friend during our stay Mr. Ibrahim Who in turn created unforgettable moments with his constructive recommendations that helped us in many matters, including returning my ring, which I had forgotten in the room’s safe. Not yet, and making everything possible in the hotel. We communicate with him via WhatsApp and find everything is fine. He is truly the man of the hotel. His name spreads quickly. services! I can’t stress how much I love staying in this hotel. Been to a couple renowned hotel brands but nothing beats the service they provided over here. From the moment you stepped your foot into the hotel until the moment you checked out, the staffs never failed to produce service with excellency. Special thanks to the team, Mr. ibrahim at the concierge and everyone else for making my business stay feels like vaction .The customer experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The facilities are top notch and new and it was such a comfortable stay. All front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Please send my private thoughts to Mr. Ibrahim. Sana the manager was very helpful and supportive and friendly. Wayan the therapist is the best therapist ever.she listens to you first then she will know what to do. Highly recommend spa in general.
